Sandwiches were decently sized and most had very robust flavors! Tables were really cool; with topographical maps laminated to the top. Staff was super helpful, even sharing the best route to walk to our destination.

Favorite sandwich in Denver. Called in my usual order but had to get a half bc I was low on cash... Showed up and they gave me a whole one for free and said Merry Christmas. Good people, good food.

The pilgrim sandwich gave me some hearty homesick nostalgia and it made my DAY. I was having the WORST DAY and this sandwich FIXED EVERYTHING. It was toasted, but still juicy and soft. Not ovesauced, a healthy amount of cranberry chutney and HIGH quality meat and stuffing. You won't be disappointed.
Also, the cookies are MASSIVE. One cookie is definitely two or three normal sized cookies

The Italian Beef is fire! Our team keeps Yampa in standard rotation for lunch. Usually I have a brief wait but it's worth it.

Now back for a better review.First: The Ridgeline is a great sandwich. Top notch, a real sandwich! Pack one for the golf course. Second:Breakfast named The Ranchero. A tasty breakfast sandwich that got me through to a late lunch. Third (Most anticipated)

Pretty sure this was the Backcountry Delicatessen when I visited a couple weeks ago. Seemed a little pricey for the size of sandwich, but it was a pretty good one. Had the Godfather which has mortadella, capocollo and provolone and I believe I added salami as well to make it an Italian meat trio. Seems odd that it doesn't already include it. The thing I really like is that they use a red wine vinaigrette which makes it a proper Italian sandwich not mayo or some gross flavored aioli. Well done on that! Didn't realize there is one of these here in Fort Collins. I'll have to check it out. The other sandwiches look pretty good too.

Went with the Ridgeline sandwich and HOLY SMOKES, was I impressed! I stopped by for a bite to eat after traveling all day, and will absolutely be stopping by again next time I’m in Denver. Super friendly staff, too! All-around great experience and food.

I stopped him for the first time today, and it exceeded my expectations. First, the lovely lady behind the counter was courteous, helpful, and friendly. She made a hearty vegetarian sandwich for me called Green Goddess. So good. The restaurant was clean, modern and spacious. I'm so glad I stopped here.
