If you're looking for a restaurant to enjoy great authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine this is definitely the place to visit! The calming atmosphere and beautiful aesthetic immediately made us feel right at ease. Let's not also forget the AMAZING staff members that served us. Even upon entering the restaurant the manager welcomed us with so much happiness, kindness, and enthusiasm! One can definitely see that the staff are like family and they treat their customers as such too :) Highly recommend 💯!!!

One of the absolute best Nepalese restaurants in Denver! Authentic and affordable. Out of all of the Indian cuisine in the Highlands area, this family owned restaurant is the best.

Best Indian food in Denver! Original Highlands location is better than the downtown location. Their naan and spice level can differ quite a bit depending on who made it but I still love it anyway. Everything is so good!!

Highly recommend family-style dinning to try different dishes because everything on the menu was delicious! We got the recommendations from our Indian friend and loved everything we ordered. Started with Samosas (vegetarian) followed by Chicken Tandoori (to die for!), Chicken Biryani and Lamb Saag. The Highlands location is way smaller than the one in RiNo so definitely make a resi!

The staff was fantastic! We were informed by a friend to try this place and it certainly didn’t disappoint! We wanted to try Nepali food for the first time and the staff was more than welcoming and assisted us with choosing some extremely tasty options. The ambiance is great and the food is very much delicious and filling comfort food. We will certainly return next time we’re in Denver!

True medium spice, it’s rare to find a place whose medium is has a little kick while being able to taste the flavors of the dish. Chicken tikka masala is great, the chicken curry is perfect. The chicken is very well done and the seasoning has a natural kick and is so good. Only thing is sometimes the papadums are not cooked completely or have gotten moist so they aren’t crunchy. They’re very nice about it though and will bring a fresh plate out.

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants, I've ordered delivery from here a hundred times or more.
Only reason I'm knocking a star off is because it looks like they increased all their prices 20-30% on Doordash..... I know it brings them in line with the other indian places around, but I just can't justify spending $30 per meal. I'll probably order it occasionally still, but I can't keep coming back so often at this price point.

Craving for momos satisfied. If I were to recommend one Indian restaurant in Denver, it would be this. We ordered the dal tadka and aloo methi and they are just too good. Finger licking delicious. Good portion sizes, reasonable prices. They have 7 spice levels, so choose well. We ordered level 2.

Ordering chicken tikka masala from Himchuli is a cherished weekend treat of mine. You can choose the level of spice desired, although I like it mild. As a special note on the service, a few months back I ordered brown rice and was mistakenly given white. The manager was kind enough to drive back out to my house to correct the mistake. That isn’t just great service- but it is also respect. I will continue to come to Himchuli and highly recommend.

Himchuli serves up dishes that are full of flavor. We ordered the chicken Vindaloo which normally comes extra spicy. We asked for medium spice. We also ordered Rogan Josh medium spicy.
We were given Papadum, a crispy, thin bread while we waited for our meals. The Papadum was served with with two sauces for dipping. One was a green, herb sauce which was light and refreshing. The other sauce was a sweet, red sauce which had a little spicy aftertaste. They both were deliciously paired with the Papadum.
Our main dishes were served with rice and were absolutely amazing. The lamb Rogan Josh was my favorite. It was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. I couldn't stop eating these dishes! They were both SO good. The spice, the flavor and the heat really hot the spot.
