I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch.

Super friendly staff. The restaurant is very large with tons of seating. Accessible entry from the accessible parking spots. Tons of bench seating as well as tables. So spacious it makes privacy for a meeting easy.
Amazing food. Best Panera bread i have ever been to. Juliet and Ethan were amazing. I came in pregnant in my 8th month and they were extremely accommodating. They made the experience as awesome as it was. Happy customer here.
The food was excellent. I had an extra charge and the managers were excellent in seeing it corrected. I don't live near a Panera so it is a treat when I get to stop in. Thank you for another excellent visit!
Food is always consistently great. Got a half sandwich and soup. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the passive aggressive “zone leader”, Matt, giving very strange/judgmental looks as I was giving him my order. I ordered through their website, to be delivered to my work. They use doordash to deliver, and the driver never picked up the food. After being 30 min late, a Panera employee delivered it themselves. Usually very good, but they changed the recipe on the Mediterranean bowl to have quartered large tomatoes rather than the cherry tomatoes that they used to include.
5 stars for now. Only did the curbside pickup and the service was as is intended. 5 star because the location. Its not often you can find an area in a city that feels safe and the DTC surprisingly ends up feeling that way. I may update this review in the future if I ever have time to go in.
