I ordered the drunken noodles with the "medium" spicy level and I didn't taste a hint of spice whatsoever. Had to add soy sauce/ sriracha sauce, and afterwards tasted fine. Know that if you want it truly spicy, make sure you order HOT or Extra Hot because there truly wasn't much. I promise.
