Very nice spot to grab some authentic Greek food. The service was pretty good, especially if you consider that there was only one waitress working the entire restaurant the night I was there. I felt bad for her but she was doing great.
If you’re looking for home cooked fine Greek dining this is the place to go. Everything we had tonight was cooked fresh and amazing. The staff was welcoming and the drinks were awesome.

Hearty food with an old world ambience. Good take-out and easy street parking. The Gyro is great for lunch and you can’t go wrong with the dinner selection. My go to is the Greek Lasagna and Greek Salad
Amazing food!!! The Avgolemono soup is the BEST I have ever had! It is so creamy and has the perfect consistency - MUST try. They also have DELICIOUS Keftedes, I can eat these two all day everyday.
Amazing Greek food and such a welcoming family atmosphere. We loved everything about this restaurant, my parents would eat here when they lived in Wash Park in the 80s and attest that the restaurant has not lost its family charm. The food is absolutely fantastic and authentic!
Wonderful local Greek restaurant! Food is always good here and the staff is friendly. It’s street parking around the restaurant but if you are in the neighborhood, it’s worth the walk. Portions are plenty and worth the price.
Just moved to the wash park area and my family from Arizona came out to help us move - we decided to try Pete’s Central One and we were beyond impressed. Fabulous! Having traveled to Greece recently and experienced the culture and food, I was skeptical. The food here was deliciously legit, the comfy atmosphere inside flashed memories of Athens in my head. The service was friendly and conversation like. I shall return with more people.
