Chow Morso Osteria - Denver - Photo album

Regarding my reviews on Google Maps. Since Google doesn't provide any kind of guidelines on the expectations of what a 5 star rating requires or means that makes it difficult person to person to decipher what "good" or "great" is. Let alone that one persons 3 star rating is another's 5 star exper
The wife and I made it in to Chow Morso in the middle of restaurant week. Full disclosure, I may or may not be good friends with the executive chef. This is not swaying my review. Pictures included! Starting with the salumi e fromaggi plate. Great combinations of less assertive meats and cheeses. S
Chow Morso Osteria is the cool younger sister to Denver’s very best Italian restaurant, Barolo Grill. This kid sister has a happening place downtown, near Union Station and all the other LoDo hotspots. Her place is a little more casual than her big sister’s, over near Cherry Creek North. It’s a litt
I loved Chow Morso -- conveniently located a block from Union Station this Italian eatery has all the trappings of a bustling and inviting "Osteria" plucked right out of Tuscany. Lengthy and robust list of Italian wines curated by Proprietor and Sommelier Ryan Fletter, (who also owns and operates B
A great atmosphere with fabulous service, cuisine, and drinks. We had the Calamari, salad arugula, Carbonara, and Bolognese...all had great distinctive flavors. Wish I had room for dessert, but we did take leftovers home (so portions are nice as well). Great atmosphere for a date.
So thrilled Chow Morso is back open after the COVID-19 closures. I have been craving their pasta so hard! One of my Denver favorites!! And thankfully, one of my absolute favorite dishes was still on the menu, the carbonara pasta. My husband also got the hot chicken “family” meal special and LOVED it
Everything we had was phenomenal! We had the best seat in the place at the side bar getting to watch the kitchen work. Service was amazing and the food was perfection. On top of all that the price was very solid. Might find ourselves here tomorrow night as well...
Extensive wine menu and authentic italian food. Outside sitting was perfect for breezy summer night.
Great carbonara and very resonably priced entrees. Pesto sauce with Arancini is amazing. Very good service. Highky recommended Italian in Denver.
Our food here was outstanding. Unlike many other places, our antipasti board was a pretty large portion and the meats and particularly the cheeses were great. They were paired particularly well. The mussels were cooked perfectly and the sauce was certainly heavy on the butter, but that's not a bad t
Wonderful experience. The food was cooked very well, full of flavor without forcing unnatural spices. We had many courses and loved 95% of them. Service was good, it was a busy Friday night so it had a few hick ups but the staff remedied the situations quickly.
Edit- gave this place a second try and received excellent service from beginning to end. The food was excellent again as well. Changing from 4 to 5 stars. Carbonara and Bolognese were great. Our bottle of wine was great. Our service was great. Our reservation was for 730 and we weren't sat until 8.
Wow!!! We went for our New Year’s Eve dinner, and I have to say this is now one of my favorite spots in Denver! The space has been remodeled beautifully, the food was authentic, the drinks were unique and delicious, and you could tell great care was taken to hire only the best staff. The bartenders,
We hosted a private party for my mother’s birthday at the restaurant. They were extremely accommodating for our 40 guests and provided us a stress free and enjoyable evening. Drinks stayed full all night, the service was amazing, management was superb and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend C
Christina was a wonderful waitress. Very knowledgeable about all of the drinks and made you feel right at home. The chicken Parmesan is a must and the social distancing was above par. Would definitely come again :)
Take the walk one block past Union Station and you will be rewarded. New restaurant with great Italian choices of pasta, etc. Two different salads were great, too. Portions are medium. The bolognese pasta was great and had an unusual taste.Lively place when we were there. One of the better choices
Celebrated a friend's engagement here. The staff were wonderful and had the champagne waiting for us at our table. The food was delicious. Great vegetarian and seafood pasta options.
Stopped in for lunch. Have had a lot of Italian food in my travels. Absolutely excellent bolognese! The handmade tagliatelle was so excellent, each bite needed its own moment to enjoy. Would return any time I come back to Denver. Go!
