Found this awesome late night ice cream shop, while visiting Denver. They have plenty of vegan options along with dairy choices. I got the vegan milk and cookies in a cake cone. Soo good. Enjoyed the vegan margarita sorbet flavor I tasted too. There was indoor seating which is helpful with the cold
