I judge Mexican restaurants on the following three things their chips and salsa they’re deluxe burrito and their margarita. This place gets five stars for all three. Albondigas not so good!
I ate all of my Combination #5 - Chile Relleno, Beef Enchilada and can't remember the other item.
They have Negra Modelo, yay!
My friend liked his Beef Chimichanga.

The servers here are always so sweet. The food is great! The salsa has just the right amount of cilantro. I wouldn't bother ordering iced tea, but their margaritas are also amazing.
This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. Coming from Chicago where the Mexican food is so good I was having a hard time finding a traditional restaurant that was equivalent. Tacos were amazing, rice and beans were on point, service was awesome and everything came out fast. Margarita is made with a mix, I ordered it spicy and It came out as expected. 10/10 recommend
The tacos 🌮were very good. The quest dip is necessary on the top of the delicious chips and salsa. FAJITAS SKILLET had more uncooked veggies than meat.Let's not forget about the delicious frozen MANGO margarita. Staff very friendly and active.Cheers to the hard working waitresses.
The staff was obviously overwhelmed and overworked. Staff shortages are just the norm these I guess. The above-mentioned problems were absolutely no problem for the staff that was there. The food was beyond good and got to us unbelievably fast!! The waitress never lost her smile and even joked for a couple of seconds every time she came to our table!! Seriously, guys, forr the price, the service, and great margaritas, I think this is one of Denvers best kept secrets. Definitely a hidden gem.!!!!!
I ordered the carnitas tacos... They are absolutely one of the best carnitas tacos I have had in a whileeee. I also got the Mexican steak, which was also delicious. It has a lot of fat that could have been managed better. I wish they asked me how I wanted my steak. The waiter was decent, we all can't have good days. She was nice, but seems a bit out of it. The biggest plus is that the food looks like the photos on the menu. I have ordered other places where the food looks nothing like the menus.
This was my first at this restaurant and I was not disappointed. We made a lot of customization per our diet and we got what we wanted.
We sat at the patio it was cloudy and all the tables inside were taken. The servers and owner were very accommodating. They immediately reserved a table for our large group in case it rained and it did. Food was fast to come out and well made. The restaurant is small but very busy. The patio is pet friendly.
4.4 stars. We had a nice time at this establishment. Strong margaritas were served and the blended frozen, whether jalapeno, traditional or strawberry are highly recommended! And generous portions of guacamole and a spicy, flavorful queso were provided us, much more than I expected when we ordered. Reasonable prices, prompt service and friendly staff. We were satisfied with the overall experienced and enjoyed our time on the outdoor patio. I would come again.
