This place is a Denver must see! The chicken and waffles is the best in Colorado hands down! The waffle batter is a huge win for this place. Toppings are always fresh and delicious! Don’t forget to take a bag of frozen waffles home! They warm up just fine in the oven or microwave. Happy eating!

For $14 you get this amazing order of 2 small waffles and 6 pieces of boneless chicken. You get two dipping sauces for your chicken. No worries though, you won’t need syrup for your waffles because they are so excellent with out! Highly recommend the sweet waffle with purchase. Total bill was $47 with tip for two orders and 2 mimosas. Enjoy!

Great chicken and waffles. I'm not southern, so I'm unsure how much weight my opinion carries, but I always try chicken and waffles at restaurants and these are by far, the best. The Belgian waffle was perfect, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy, but not greasy. Chicken and waffles is a simple dish, but surprisingly easy to screw up. Waffle Bros does a great job!
My only critique is the crunchy sugar bits/nibs in the waffles themselves. I understand that this is waffle bros style, so it's just my own personal opinion that it's not necessary.

Wow! This place is super bomb!!! The chicken and waffles are delicious. And it has been a while since I had a spicy bloody mary that good. They definitely do fries and Brussel sprouts right as well. The person taking my order was extremely helpful and patient while I decided. I can't wait to go back.

This place is so delicious. The food is always hot and fresh. The waffles are so soft and make the perfect bun with their sandwiches. Be sure to get the side of fried chicken too! Oh and your table makers are giant cards

This place is delicious! They have the best combinations of waffles and whatever u want. Fresh fruit, chocolate, whipped cream and perfectly made waffles. The Iced coffee was yummy too. 😋

If you're looking for crispy chicken that's still juicy along with fluffy waffles with great flavor, this is the joint to stop at. The dipping sauces are excellent, but since the chicken is so good you really don't need them. It was my first visit. I had chicken tenders with the Cajun and Buffalo dipping sauce along with a traditional waffle. It appears to be an old house they turned into a restaurant, so it has the vintage comfy vibe of being at someone's house to enjoy a meal. The friendly and engaging staff make the visit even more enjoyable. Everything is cooked fresh when you order it and it tastes that way. All around excellent experience.

Very reasonable prices for a good meal. There’s lots of variety in terms of types of waffle and toppings, including multiple options for chicken and waffles. Service was very friendly and fast. Food was good quality and flavor. A great place for a more chill brunch, breakfast, or lunch.

Really enjoyed my waffles with Nutella and strawberries. And coffee. Great place for brunch. Cute patio area, good for dogs. The building and interior inside is pretty much that of a house... I don't believe there's much seating inside. You order at the counter in the kitchen area and they bring the food out to you or you take it to go. I think it was a little on the pricier side but worth it.

This is hands down some of the BEST food I have had in Denver. They got this spicy chicken & waffle sandwich that got me drooling waiting til the next time I can eat it again. Waco took care of us, really chill vibe with all the great service. GOTTA GO HERE!

Oh man, these waffles and chicken were good. I couldn’t believe it, I wasn’t even really that hungry but I ate it all! I thought the atmosphere was pretty cozy too. A bunch of second hand dinning room tables arranged throughout a 3-4 bedroom home so you could have a reasonable amount of privacy with a group of friends. The food takes a while. We maybe waited 20-30 mins (party of 2) and it wasn’t that busy. If you’ve got some time to kill and want some great food this place has you covered.

Excellent service and food, well balanced sweet and salty combinations. Waffles are fluffy and well cooked and awesome classic rock tunes. Will be back to try more options without a doubt! If you’re in the neighborhood come try them, well worth it!

This is a very Denver-locals, casual, order at the counter, patio seating breakfast spot perfect for a Thursday morning...weekends can be busy. My girlfriend says the gluten free waffles “are sooo good!” I prefer basic breakfasts and thought the poached egg over the “traditional” (less sweet) waffle with cheddar cheese and jalapeños with bacon was good. The Cajun sauce on the side is worth trying too. They also have breakfast sandwiches and serve beer, wine, and pitchers of mimosas.
A large apartment construction site across the street kills the outdoor seating vibe a little with noise and occasional wiffs of chemicals. There’s another (better?) Waffle Bros location near Wash Park.

Great waffles and really was great meal! Nice seating area outside as well as inside. I had the full Monty breakfast plate and would recommend it and my wife had tropical zall breakfast plate. Quick service too.

A huge local hit! If you are a fan of traditional southern style eating, this place is a must try! I highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Get the original waffle, and a spicy sauce for dipping! Don't forget to go upstairs and check that out too.
