One of my new favorite Mexican restaurants in Colorado. The ambiance is really fun, service was great, manager was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food was incredible. The Chicharron burrito was literally the best burrito I have ever had. I will be back for more!
Would give this place 10 stars if I could. They don't just have great carnitas, they've got THE BEST carnitas. Unlike any other restaurants carnitas I've had. Definitely recommend you get that first. Their Chingon Papas are great. If you like a cocktail with some kick, try the Pistola.
Update 3/7: just went for taco Tuesday and good lawd! Carne asada, Chicharron, pollo Tinga, pollo asada all amazing... Got an order of Chicharrones too and I could order 30 of toast they are so good!
I really enjoyed El Chingon! Cool ambience inside. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Had the carnitas and it was out of this world, highly recommend! Pozole was also fantastic to start. Excellent margaritas too.
El Chingon just opened back up and it's great to see it back. The space is bigger and they are going to have a great patio this summer. Let's talk about the food! The dishes are family recipes modernized by their amazing chef. I had the Carne Asada and it was 🔥. Their Carnitas plate is amazing too. Shout out to Oscar for taking care of us during a very busy evening. Make time for this place. It's worth the visit. We'll be back!

The asada tacos were definitely my favorite! If you enjoy some drinks “la gloria” is delicious.
Nice Mexican place, tasty food (mine was a bit spicy for an European but no warning neither via menu nor via service), service itself very friendly, I was during the week - pretty much the only one. Prices rather high end.
They recently started doing grab and go breakfast burritos. 4-6 dollars 5/5 stars. Kind people. A welcomed addition to the block. Visit them. Metropolis has the coffee, they got the grub
Staff was amazing and super nice. Made my friend custom drinks at the bar. The food was incredible. We ended up ordering doubles of the pork belly.

If you are looking for an elevated, authentic Mexican restaurant experience, El Chingon is absolutely the BEST! Delicious, fresh, flavorful food served in a gorgeous, vibey space! Plus staff makes you feel like family! Love everything about this place!
Warm, welcoming atmosphere like we were old friends. The camarones and chicharrones were delicious, the team was attentive and kind – will be back!!
Glad this place opened up. First time stopping in and everything seems great so far. I came during happy hour, fantastic margarita for $7, and chicharrones for $8.
Just started brunch today and it did not disappoint. Great food and vibes.
Went for happy hour with a girlfriend. Nice patio, they had the doors open so we sat on the edge of inside and outside. Happy hour drinks were well priced and tasty but didn’t seem to have much alcohol in them. We got the strawberry margaritas.

I had a lovely time with my Lady! The restaurant was packed and no seating was available however there was a couch and a love seat in the corner with a few smaller tables. I don’t know how that sounds to everyone else but we got to get close holding each other on a couch leaned back and comfy eat some delicious food! The chicharrones were out of this world and all I got to say about the rest of the night is ain’t nothing wrong when Casamigos gets involved with a few Margs and a couple of double shots of Anejo!!!
