I have been here twice and it's the perfect little/cozy joint to grab a margarita and some Latin infused food. We always sit at the bar for the full bar/bartender interaction experience. They have an excellent selection of tequilas and the vibe is chill. I will probably be back when in Denver. I wish google would allow us to add 4 1/2 star ratings because for me this place falls somewhere in the middle of a 4 and a 5.
Gold medal! An enjoyable atmosphere, with music at a balanced volume to both enjoy and not wash out conversation. Friendly, genuine, and attentive staff! A few TVs to enjoy sports without turning into a 'sports bar'. 12 beers on draft, with a profusion of tequilas behind the bar make for some varied bevy options. Deviled eggs as a special side!? Swish! Quesabirria a la Plancha was other worldly. Yes, please.
What a ridiculous experience for what looks like a dive bar - mainly cause it is a dive bar with ridiculous food.

Birria tacos - amazing
California Burrito Plate - out of this world; I mean there is carne asada and fries INSIDE the burrito (among other fresh ingredients) that is then smothered in green chile and crema. Oh, and the burrito is the size of my torso. I thought it was one of those challenges where if I ate the whole thing, I would get a picture on the wall and a t-shirt. Nope, it's just huge. And next level on taste. The green chile is really well done!
It was our first time at Billy's and the GM gave us 2 business cards for free margaritas on our next visit - which will be soon! Great food and atmosphere! Staff is awesome as well.

I got the Carne Asada Fries, which I ate all of, and they were good. I wanted a beer, but it was past Happy Hour and therefore too expensive. My friend liked his Hamburger.
I would have never found this place if it wasn't for tik tok! Seriously! It's not along my normal path that I drive around Denver, and it wouldn't have caught my eye just driving. But let me tell you I WILL GO BACK! All the food was top notch!!! The Queso Fundido is the reason why we went and it did not disappoint. Caleb our waiter even said he would join us to eat it because it's that good, to bad we ate it all!! Sorry Caleb! He was great though, super friendly, never rushed us, and gave us his personal experience with the menu. The music was great, we were giving the whole time. There is indoor and outdoor seating, lots of outdoor seating! We sat inside where the music was a little louder but still could hear each other talk. Everyone who worked there looked like they enjoyed it and had fun with each other which is always a warm feeling!! Made for a really good time. If you haven't been 10/10 recommend!
Exactly what I want in a "local spot", which doesn't make you feel like you're not a local. Food was excellent, prices fair, Monday all day happy hour is clutch. Had the Buffalo chicken wrap, would very much recommend. Atmosphere is great, high volume Sublime to welcome us in the door. Will 100% be back next time I'm this way.
Fantastic local spot. Great food, amazing happy hour, tasty drinks. The staff is attentive and fun. Try the California burrito, it’s huge and delicious. Tacos and margs are good too.
Billy's Inn in Denver has been my longtime favorite! The fun vintage vibe creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Over the years, the consistently fresh and flavorful food has kept me coming back for more. It's a cherished spot for those seeking not just a meal, but a memorable dining experience.
Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and food here. Daniel was fantastic. The wings were meaty and delicious, not picture were the tacos we also ate, also delicious. 10/10 would recommend stopping in while in denver.
Love this place. The food is excellent. The service is outstanding. Try the Southern BLT Salad with the spicy Ranch dressing! There are a lot of other items I want to try. Only wish.... they had Blue Moon on Tap.
