Fresh bread. The short rib was cooked just right with incredible flavor. The steak frites, as always, amazing and cooked perfectly rare to my liking. The mussels and oysters were definitely on the small side, but delicious. If you’re visiting Denver, or even if you live here, come check this French restaurant out!

Absolutely perfect experience. Brody was our waiter, he provided excellent service. The food was amazingly delicious. All seafood was fresh. The trout deviled eggs were great. The frites were awesome. Shrimp cocktail was so delicious. All sauces were match from scratch you can tell immediately. The absolute best part was dessert Chocolate tart! I’d 10/10 recommend this place. I will be back!

Denver will always be home but it’s hit or miss with both food and service. Not the case here - we had AMAZING service from Samantha - she knew the menu like the back of her hand and was so kind - and the best date night meal in recent memory. Will absolutely be back.

I came in a few weeks ago with my parents to celebrate my mom's birthday. We made reservations, but it turned out not to be necessary as the place wasn't busy when we came in around 7 pm (on a Friday night). Nonetheless, we were graciously greeted by the host and quickly shown to our table.
The evening went well by and large. The best part of our dining experience here was the complimentary champagne they provided us as their way of helping us commemorate the occasion. Not to say that it overshadowed the food and service, but who doesn't like free champagne?
Our server was on point and was even gracious enough to remove a cocktail from our tab after my mom determined that it wasn't to her liking. The menu had a good array of food offerings, wine, and cocktails. The ambiance of the restaurant was also intimate and actually reminiscent of several places I dined at while in France.
My parents and I certainly enjoyed our meals, particularly my mom who savored every bite of her steak frites. For me, the side of whipped potatoes was the highlight of my dining experience; superb and delicious beyond description.
In all, this place proved to be a good venue to celebrate my mother's special day. For Bistro Le Roux boats good service, menu offerings, food quality, and atmosphere.

Very beautiful, intimate place on 16th street mall w/ two neighboring sister restaurants. Seriously, the interior is blue and gorgeous. Really solid happy hour. Had a decent amount of food & a bottle of Prosecco for a good price. They do tack on a 6% BOH fee; I wish they better explained that when they drop the bill. Did not like the oysters at all. The bartender dropped them off and said “they are freshly shucked.” I hope so, yes. Small and very salty and nothing to eat them with either so we used a butter knife. Foie gras was interesting… like a weird little dessert with strawberries & raspberry jam. Definition of savory and sweet. Deviled eggs and meatballs were great! Worth a try.

Sooooooo good!! The food was delicious I especially liked the short rib, whipped potatoes and oysters!! Worth the money for sure. I only wish the seats where farther apart I was seated by a loud cougher so annoying an an upscale setting. But the waitress was great! Also, the table I was seated at was not stable for the price if the food this has to be fixed as soon as possible.

Truly fine dining. Excellent experience, even better food (which is also all made in house). Treat yo’self and go here for a fantastic night out.

We went to LeRoux for NYE dinner and it was the perfect restaurant to go to. It was very romantic and had the perfect atmosphere. Our food was very impressive! So much flavor. We loved everything we got and our experience couldn't have been better. Our waiter Mack took very good care of us, he made our experience special. Can't say enough about LeRoux, highly recommend!

Emmène-moi au brunch au LeRoux! The girls and I had a fabulous, elevated French brunch at LeRoux over the weekend. If you have never been, go! We had the best time.
We arrived at LeRoux and were seated at a table in the front dining room. The aesthetic of LeRoux was that of an elegant French Bistro. Crystal chandeliers twinkled against blue walls. The floors were white and black checkered - clean & chic. General Manager, Lauren and Server, Michael took great care of us. Lauren was poised & hospitable; she ensured every table was well looked after. Michael had quick wit and kept us on our toes throughout our meal.
We started off with bottomless mimosas. Jaclyn and I had the grapefruit and Kenzy went with orange. Nothing beats bottomless mimosas with girlfriends, especially in a space as gorgeous as Le Roux.
For 'Something Savory' we had the Croque Madame made with brioche, cured ham, béchamel, and egg. This was the best Croque Madame I have ever had - the freshly made brioche was a game changer. The French béchamel was the smooth, white sauce that generously coated this decadent breakfast sandwich. The creamy béchamel and sunny side up egg yolk soaked into the fluffy brioche when we cut into it. Each bite was buttery & savory. The cured ham added lively saltiness. Délicieuse!
For 'Something Sweet' we had the Crepe made with blueberry, lemon, and rose jam. The thin, delicate crepe was filled with fresh blueberries and fluffy lemon cream cheese. The lemon cream cheese was mild in taste and the sweetness of this dish really came from the rose jam & blueberries.
For 'Bistro Fare' we had the Steamed Market Mussels made with sherry cream, saffron, and French fries. These mussels tasted as good as they looked. The saffron was earthy and lent its golden hue to the mussels and broth. The mussels were maritime and luxuriously creamy from the sherry. The French fries were nicely seasoned and perfectly fried - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
Now that’s how to do a dazzling brunch.

Came here for a private event for brunch. Had the absolute most wonderful time! All the staff were friendly, kind, always willing to answer a question, or help with something. The food was delicious - I am gluten free, I was easily accommodated. Thank you so much for a very special brunch this past weekend, I am really looking forward to coming back soon!

We were able to check out Bistro LeRoux during a “date night” last weekend. This restaurant had been on our list for the almost two years we have lived in Denver. Having a closure for the COVID-19 pandemic and then for a remodeling/rebrand in December, it took us a while to get here. Let me tell you this, it was worth the wait!
Our server, Brody, was both friendly and attentive. Food selections were both memorable and delicious! We ordered a Catcher in the Rye and Scarlet Letter, and both cocktails were very well-crafted. The French Onion soup may have been the best I have ever had, and the Beets & Burrata was also very tasty!
For main courses, we had the Grilled Pork Chop, and the Short Rib and they were both excellent. The sides accompanying both of these dishes, such as the green peppercorn mustard brussels, and the Gruyere potatoes only gave the dishes additional flavor.
We greatly enjoyed LeRoux and will be back soon!

I dined in for weekend brunch. The food was delicious and my group enjoyed the cocktails and mimosas. The decor and ambience were just what we were looking for. I hope to come back soon!

I popped into Le Roux while I was downtown this afternoon... Elizabeth and Michael were very knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly friendly. I had the rabbit terrine, which was lovely - the celeriac remoulade and pickle relish really shine! I finally decided on a cocktail called The King of Carrot Flowers, which had a lot of character. I asked to browse their full menu... I don't know how anyone could pick just one entree. Seriously, so delectable!!! I will certainly be back for the phenomenal service, and intriguing menu.

Hands down one of the best brunch locations in Denver. Decor is super cute. Service was awesome and the food was perfect. The deviled eggs is a must and the lemon tart. Best French onion soup in town. And they make their own butter. Love this place.
