Our server was fantastic, and the food was some of the best we've had in Denver. We had tuna tartare, bruschetta, chorizo skewers, short ribs, and We ended with salted caramel gelato. Everything was cooked so well, with great presentation and garnishes.

we love Solera, we've never tried the regular menu, we just go for the bar and the meat & cheese plates. they have a great selection and at reasonable prices. the wine list is good, lots of wines by the glass. we have been there several times and we have always left happy. great bartenders also.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff was so amazing! I made reservations for a group of classmates, planned a special evening for these ladies, Goose and the rest of the staff put together a beautiful table, we're so attentive, professional and friendly, I can't say enough good things about them..then there was the food....omg. So amazing, so delicious , I can't wait to go back. Thank you Goose and a big thank you to your staff!

We came here to celebrate our 3 year anniversary! Our waiter, Joe, was great! He made our anniversary special. :) I would definitely recommend enjoying the patio, it's great for large groups and has just enough lighting. The scallops are to die for!!

We had a fantastic experience and didn't even sit on the stellar looking patio! Joe took great care of our group of seven. We shared farmers plates, mussels and b-day desserts. Try the Swedish pear cider, Rekorderlig Päron. I'm a beer guy. I loved this cider. Crisp, clean, perfect levels of dryness and sweetness. Also looking forward to hanging out at the bar or high-tops.

When we have the money this is my girlfriend and and mine's favorite spot to eat. They have excellent food and service. They have a nice little patio that is beautiful during the summer months. we do try to eat here at least twice a year we would love to go more but we just don't make enough money to be able to go here as much as we'd like.

This was a great little place with a nice wine selection. Ambience was perfect for a date night, and the wait staff knew a ton of knowledge on all the menu items and wine listings. The calamari was top notch, as was the charcuterie.

Wine tasting every Wednesday! The food is fantastic. Only had happy hour apps, but they were scrumptious. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

Great place to eat. It's a very nice restaurant in a unique kind of way. We were first time guests and our waiter, Joshua, was very friendly and suggestive to specific entres and curds to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Intimate, cozy ambiance both indoor and back patio dining area. Bar side, upfront of the restaurant is more dim lighting but generated fun/boisterous feel. Generally, tapas-style but daily chef's specials offered. Tonight's soup was some kind of pea soup and a wonderful pork chop dish as explained by our wonderful server, Wayne. However, we opted to order from their regular menu with the Albondigas Skewer and the Thai Style Calamari as starters. Both were delicious but the Albondigas was a star!!! For our main courses, we had the Paella and the Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon. The paella was a seafood blast with huge shrimps, mussels, fish, clams and my favorite, authentic tasting spanish-chorizo sausage slices. It's a different Paella from what I am used to but more of the Cioppino from Scoma's in SFO but with rice. The salmon was so tasty and the risotto that accompanied it was so delicious! We got desserts to-go, Chocolate Bread Pudding and the Flourless Chocolate Cake (will update once consumed). Overall, a definite MUST dining choice. Side-notes : Piped-in music selection, Customer Service from the Hostess to our server, Wayne, was excellent.
