The Post Chicken & Beer - Denver - Photo album

I came in on a recommendation from a co-worker, claiming they serve the best fried chicken he's ever had, and when I pulled up to the parking lot, the smell of fried chicken was simply amazing. Well, I came in with the intention of ordering the chicken, but when presented with the menu, I knew I'd b
Awesome food here! Laid back atmosphere. Service is average which I think goes with laid back vibe. Excellent FRESH chicken and homemade ranch, pictured are the chicken strips and biscuits. 😋 delicious. Chelada was good, may have been better with Tajin rim instead of the chili powder, but still
Exceptional food and very friendly service. I highly recommend the oysters on the appetizers menu if you're dining in as they were fantastic; my picture doesn't do it justice. Also the chicken sandwich was great and I never thought I would say this but the Dijon mayonnaise sauce on the sandwich is v
Good solid chicken. Can't go wrong here if you are craving chicken it is delicious but not the greatest I have tasted in Colorado. The atmosphere and service was great as well. The Mac and cheese were okay but the star of the dish is the chicken
As someone with Celiac Disease, I was beyond excited to find this place. Devoured the gf donut holes and had the Susan Sarandon (love me some goat cheese)! The only downside of our experience was that our server disappeared and our beverages went without refills.
Food was so good! We got the fried half bird and the CBLT. The chicken is SO juicy with a nice crunchy skin/breading. Which goes perfect with their beers! Their mashed potatoes are super flavorful and garlicky! Service is awesome with a nice chill vibe and they are happy to give recommendations!
Super friendly staff, they are known for their fried chicken - I love their chicken and waffles!! Different than other places. Has a little bit of 70s vibe and wasn’t crowded for breakfast/brunch
This wasn't our first time but brought the kids so they could experience the fried chicken. Again the Post never disappoints. They each got the kids chicken tenders with Mac n cheese, which both were great. Wife and I had the roasted chicken and the chicken ranch BLT. Both excellent and juicey (that
Some great friend chicken and pretty good craft beer. The chicken was moist with a light but crunchy and lightly spiced breading. The home-style side dishes were all thoroughly enjoyed by our group including mashed potatoes with gravy, collard greens, and biscuits. The restaurant was busy but servic
Great experience and great food. Super friendly staff. Ilene, along with a gentleman (beard and glasses) served us and both were nice to talk to and offered us good suggestions on the menu. Although the staff doesn’t flaunt them, their smoked buffalo wings are delicious. I had “El Corn” beer which w
The deviled eggs were truly exceptional, and the chicken surpassed all expectations with its outstanding quality. The prompt service enhanced the dining experience, and the French fries, seasoned to perfection, were a delightful complement. Notably, the delectable ranch-like sauce provided a flavorf
The Post has my absolute favorite fried chicken. Not just locally or in Denver. But my favorite of all time. I grew up in Atlanta so I’ve had a lot of friend chicken in my life. Try it with the Nashville hot or at least half Nashville. You won’t be disappointed!
Always absolutely fantastic chicken, always flavorful and moist throughout, delicious if ordered out or dining in. Sauces are great, waffles are amazing, and overall a fantastic place to eat. Specifics: I usually get the Chicken BLT. The way the sauces, spices, chicken, and bacon come together is a
Our table of six got a nice range of food off the menu and everything was great. Chicken tenders and the ranch BLT sandwich were my highlight menu item picks.
Delicious chicken served in multiple ways. Good selection of draft beers. Awesome desserts.
