Came here for a fancy dinner with my partner. We were totally blown away. The quality of fish is some of the best we've had, including in Japan. The dishes are inventive and have a wonderful balance of flavors. Uchi is easily one of our favorites so far in Denver. There is also a nice atmosphere with detail-oriented, knowledgeable staff. This was pricey, far more than we ever spend on a meal ($250 for 2), but so good. We enjoyed the entire experience and talk often about how amazing this meal was.

Incredible dinner with the girls! The food, atmosphere and service was stellar. We had a very thoughtful, knowledgeable staff who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. We truly loved everything that was chosen and brought out to us. Difficult to decide on a favorite dish. Looking forward to coming back for a date night and sharing this experience with my partner.

We come here often as we live two blocks away. It’s always so flavorful and well-seasoned. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. As pescatarians/vegetarians, we can enjoy a lot on this menu. Seasonal items, lots of sake and cocktails, plus non-alcoholic drinks that are delicious. It is definitely expensive but we have yet to be disappointed in a single item. Make a reservation for sure. Trendy and dark interior.

We went there because of its good reviews. We eat Japanese cuisine often. This place is not necessarily a very traditional one but the food is very fresh, the blue fin Tuna is so good, Kama is also very tasty and big portion too. Atmosphere is more like crowd American bar. Overall, a decent place.

So delicious, my husband and I visited twice during our extended weekend trip to Denver. First night, we sat at the sushi bar with Chef Jake making recommendations and preparing the majority of our dinner. Each plate presented by Chef Jake was meticulously created, unbelievably delicious and perfectly timed with the wine pairings recommended by our talented server, Brandy. We returned the night before heading home and enjoyed additional Uchi offerings of sashimi, steak, eggplant (!), and dessert. Words alone cannot describe the tastes experienced at Uchi. This is a #1 dining destination in Denver! A must-visit if you are lucky enough to live in the area or are in Denver for pleasure/ business!!

I took my lovely girlfriend here for her birthday and have to say it is one of the best meals she and I have ever had. She is vegetarian and I am "mostly" vegetarian and they specifically have a vegetarian menu. Believe it or not, that blueberry dessert in the photo is completely vegan! Dipped into the" mostly" part of my vegetarianism and had the ham and egg roll shown in the photo.... 😱. Something tells me you couldn't go wrong with anything you order here. Go and enjoy the experience!

Phenomenal experience at Uchi. Came in for my fiance's birthday and everything from the food to the service was 10/10. The valet option was very nice to begin our night. The interior was captivating, sleek, but still inviting. We came in for happy hour and decided to do the omakase! The drinks we had were delicious to accompany our meal. Every course was well thought out and intentional. Sometimes I find that restaurants are too quick with the pacing of courses, but this was perfect. We somehow spent almost 2 hours here but it didn't drag on or feel rushed at all. I was worried it wouldn't be filling enough but we were STUFFED and not in the "I need a nap ASAP" way, thankfully. Our server was very attentive and brought over the wagyu tartare as a birthday treat when she heard us discussing whether to get it or not. She was an absolute joy. Overall it was truly an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

Our server, Eman, was fantastic! We did the 10 course chefs tasting menu. I appreciated the smaller portions, because we were able to enjoy all the courses without being overwhelmed. Our favorites were the lobster miso (first picture, very rich flavor), and the Walu Walu (not pictured) Second picture is the Pork Katsu, third is the Fried Milk, both were delicious! The chefs tasting is definitely worth the price, around $175 for each of us. Can’t wait to go back!

Uchi was recommended by a couple of our friends and it did not disappoint. Uchi was such an experience. The food was absolutely delicious! We loved everything. By far, the wagyu beef tartare was my favorite. The sake was top notch too. I highly recommend Uchi! It is worth the wait and price. We're already talking about our next visit.

It was an exceptional experience. We’ve tried the freshest selection of fine seafood with a unique combination of the real plum wine. In addition, a manager, Sara, done everything to have a desire to come back next time.
