We tried the vegan deep dish pizza (whole wheat with the standard - garlic, red onion, and spinach) for delivery. It came hot. It was really delicious. I thought the crust would be thicker than it was, but I could only finish one piece as it was. Great to have a vegan option.
Easily up there with the top vegan pizzas I have ever had. Service was friendly and fast, options were plentiful and unique! I ordered roasted tomato, banana peppers, and roasted mushrooms on their thin crust with Daiya and it was divine. No up charges for Gluten Free either! My husband loved his meat filled dairy pie too ;)

Seriously delicious deep dish pizza pie. Paxti's is not fooling around. "Cheese is good, crust is good, sauce is good, this is 5/5 stars," said the deep dish craving picky teen. We built our own. It started with the perfect foundation: an evenly golden crust, with firm flaky edges--nothing scorched, no gloopy underdone spots--crisp exterior surfaces, and soft interior. The crust fused seamlessly with the layer of good quality, melted cheese and a smattering of spinach. The final layer was generously ladled red sauce across the top. That red stuff was well-balanced without overbearing flavors, and neither too sweet nor salty. We opted to have the pie double-cut to make it easier to flop one piece across another, sandwich style. The super fresh insalata with sherry vinaigrette was our ideal accompaniment. Ordered directly from Paxti's website and picked it up. Promised in 45, ready in 35. The *only* drawback here is for take-out if one doesn't live near enough to walk over. You need either find a neighborhood parallel parking spot, or get a partner to hop out of the car to retrieve the order while you drive 'round a few blocks to kill time.
We love going here for our midweek date nights. Stellar service. Favorites are the salad with brussel sprouts and any of the pizzas. Excellent gluten free options and impressive GF crust (*not* pictured).
Patxi's deep dish is always worth the wait. They offer a half baked pick up where they cook it halfway then you take it home and finish the job. I love the half baked option because it allows a fresh hot pie in my oven. They are filling pies. Seriously give it a try.

Came into Denver to visit some friends and asked about a good pizza. Without hesitation the recommendation for Patxi's was thrown down and the GPS was set to navigate. Parking in the area is parallel and residential so you might have to walk a bit, but it's worth the walk. Good atmosphere, dim lighting, and some surprisingly unobtrusive TVs playing sports. The pizza takes 30-45 minutes to come out, so order it first. Appetizers come out quick with additional bread offered at no charge, and the mixed drinks are fantastic. Service was fast and friendly, the servers don't let drinks go dry. I'm a big fan of pizza and can, somewhat shamefully, eat a large pan pizza from places like Pizza hut by myself. Patxi's Chicago deep dish style pizza took me out in two slices. I definitely recommend adding the chili oil to each slice, it's not spicy and brings a lot more flavor to the party. Also, don't forget to put honey on your crust. I'm definitely going back.
Their lunch specials are pretty good as well as the lemonade. My first time here totally at random because i love pizza and i am impressed. Staff was friendly and respectful.
Pizza was great and worth the wait! A medium is very big, enough for three people. The wait takes a while for that kind of pizza but it was great.
