Traveling from Nashville and stopped here for lunch. Had a great experience so I had to leave a review. First of all, The food was amazingly fresh and was delicious!! We had the ultimate crispy chicken sandwich which I truly recommend 🌟 and the smash burger was huge and perfectly cooked! The service was great, our server was named Amy. She was so professional and friendly. She made sure our drinks stayed full and she checked on us frequently to make sure we were enjoying everything, she actually was the best waitress we have had in a while! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Wednesday night I had dinner and Thursday I had lunch. For dinner I had the t-bone which came with the salad bar(extra). Delicious. Served by Sydney. Lunch was ribs and salad. Not so good. Six tiny ribs, one with absolutely no meat on it at all. I had ribs in Norway which were 3 times bigger than these. Served by Lil. Nice restaurant with a bar showing sports.

Just moved to the area and ate here for lunch. I had the Buffalo wings which is an appetizer, but I had it for my meal instead. They were hot and fresh. I Also had the salad bar which was also really good, and the strawberry lemonade 😋yummy! My waitress was Amy, she was very nice, she really made my experience over the top! 💯 If you want great service ask for her section! I Will definitely come back to eat at this restaurant.

Stopped into it the night before our flight out of Denver. Nice restaurant overall. The service was incredible. Our server always checked on us and went above and beyond. We ordered the deconstructed kabobs and the salad bar. The idea of the deconstructed kabobs were great. It just didn't taste as great as you would think. The steak was tough, and honestly, it didn't taste that great. So if you eat here, I don't recommend the deconstructed kabob. The salad bar was great, though. A lot of options and everything was well stocked.

I was in Denver for work when I saw they had a Ruby Tuesday...we don't have any I'm Houston. I love the fact that they have a "salad bar"! Me and my coworker ordered the baby backs and fried shrimp combo and added the salad bar for $5.99 more. You have a choice of sauces for your ribs I chose the original sauce and my coworker had a bourbon sauce. I enjoyed everything but the shrimp...wasn't a fan on them!

The food was really good. Well cooked, good portion sizes. They were short staffed, but service was quick and we didnt have a empty glass ever. The restaurant was clean, the tables were not sticky. The salad bar was good. Lots of options.

Service was great and the food enjoyable. A place I'd return to for sure. I enjoyed the ultimate crispy chicken sandwich, definitely has just the right amount of spice that lingers nicely on your tongue. I did not end up eating the bun to save some calories but it was a nice bun, toasted nicely.
My friends enjoyed the salad bar and their meals as well. Definitely a great idea if you are looking for a place to eat...

First, our waitress, Hailey, was extraordinary. She was patient with our requests and quick to deliver. She was very friendly and smiled a lot. We liked her. I go to Ruby Tuesday by the airport in Denver every chance I get (when we pick someone up, etc.) they have the absolute best salad bar available anywhere. I was so disappointed when the one closer to me closed. This location is clean and the salad bar offerings are fresh. I have been to some where they weren’t. Thank you Ruby Tuesday and thank you Hailey.

We forgot about Ruby Tuesday on Tower Road. Service and food were excellent. Blackened Tilapia was prefect! Although we didn't have the salad bar today, it looked fresh and had a large variety. Will definitely go back! Matthew, our server (and we think he was the bar tender, too) was courteous, professional and friendly. Overall an excellent lunch!

The staff here deserves all the stars in the world. They were extremely under staffed while also trying to train the new staff. While you could see they were overwhelmed, they never let that affect the customers in front of them. They were slammed with incoming customers, but were honest with each one and set the right expectation on wait times as they came in. Edwin and Wesley had top notch customer service and handled everything with grace, humor and personality. All the kudos!
I have not eaten at Ruby Tuesday in probably more than a decade but we were in town for a conference and it sounded like a good option. Being vegetarian, I was happy to see how many options there were from the plant-based Awesome burger to the sides and the ever famous salad bar. I opted into the salad bar and also a Mango Margarita. Salad Bar was good (though I would recommend a spoon for the eggs vs the tongs for easier scooping and way less mess.) I loved how fresh everything was and that I could make it my own.
I should have skipped the Mango Margarita because the syrup/puree used is way too sweet. A regular one probably would've been better. My party also got the Mozzarella sticks and a regular burger with fries. None of us were disappointed in the food.
Great atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great spot for a family dinner or quick meal if you're in town for an event.

We were seated immediately. We ordered the ribeye steak with the salad bar and a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and cheese and a full rack of ribs, salad bar and a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and cheese. While eating the salad both my mom and I were quite low on our iced teas but our server did not bother to come over until we saw him and asked for refills. The food tasted good. But then the check came. I saw that the server charged a dollar more for both the baked potatoes because they were loaded. At most other restaurants they are not considered loaded unless they have bacon and chives on them along with cheese, butter, and sour cream. We told the server if we would have known it was considered loaded we would not have done it so he said he asked a manager to take the extra charges off and they did. We also said normally the salad bar is an extra charge for the ribs but he did not charge us for it this time. I think it is weird that the salad bar is charged extra when ordering the ribs. At other restaurants a salad can come with ribs and all other entrees. Another added thing is that is seems like the salad bar is always the same as far as the different salads such as the pasta salad, apple salad, etc. I think it would be a good idea to maybe switch it up a little. I think we might have to stay away from this restaurant for awhile.

We were seated immediately. Staff was friendly. We ordered the bar-b-que pork chops, petite steak and shrimp, and a classic Hendrix martini. The food was excellent. Our waiter was good.
We returned the martini, as it was served in a dirty glass with crusty dirt on the stem and something on the lip of the glass. No olives were provided. Upon the return of the cocktail, the drink was warm. I can't prove it, but I think that instead of remixing the drink, it was poured into a clean glass. My dinner companion agreed.
Overall, nothing special but tasty food.

excellent service and great food! I ate at the bar and was served food and beverages quickly with a smile! Cold beer and well cooked, hot delicious food: bowl of chicken tortilla soup was great on a cool night! loved the buffalo minis served with hot perfectly cooked french fries! super friendly hostess and manager welcomed me and bid me good evening! Good, familiar food for tired travelers.

Had a bad experience. Ordered a burger and twenty minutes later it was on the counter to be brought to me. Well then the waiter comes to me and said "we ran out of buns" do you still want it. Well needless to say twenty minutes after that still hadn't got my burger. Finally 40 minutes later I get my burger bun and all and it was horrible. No discount or anything. I will never go back.

My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad, sub crispy chicken, no tomatoes, ranch dressing. Went back inside when I discovered they provided grilled chicken instead of crispy. They apologized and provided crispy. Went back to the hotel. Discovered no dressing to speak of. Returned to restaurant and informed the staff. A statement was made to me that "he put them in there". I was frustrated beyond words. The lady offered me a dessert for my troubles. For a 30 minute ordeal featuring two trips back inside the restaurant, including one from the hotel, a dessert doesn't cover $36 spent in cold food (I ordered a hot entree as well). Lesson learned. Always check ALL of your food for proper quality and accuracy. Ps - returned to the hotel to learn that the salad was riddled with tomatoes. If I had gone back, it would not have been pretty. Just a sad performance from a normally good brand.

We were seated within our quoted 20 minutes (pro!). My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got chicken fingers (con). Both children (8 and 11) ordered kid’s meals with a side of grapes. Our waitress came back later to tell them they’d used all the grapes for the salad bar, and rudely stated that they’d have to pick something else (definite con). Overall, it seemed that our patronage was more of an inconvenience, so we’ll be sure not to bother next time we’re in the area.

I was there August 22 at 7:00 pm. There was a fairly large line outside and the hostess said it was a 30-40 minute wait. We chose the bar but noticed at least 7 empty and unbussed tables that sat empty for 40 minutes. What concerned me the most was the uncleanliness of the salad bar! Food everywhere sloshed into the other dishes. At least a third were empty. Food on the floor, potato salad everywhere, counter filthy. Even the dishes were dirty. This would be given an F by any food inspector. Worst I have seen in any countrywide Ruby Tuesday. I should have taken a picture. Hope they clean it up by my next trip!

The lady's at the bar were attentive. We waited for 20 minutes to here what happy hour was, they didn't know until 4. After 4 , the only happy hour was two beers Bud and Miller and margrettas
That was not worth the wait � Had a filet, gritty. As always a good Salad Bar. That is the best I can say! Oh it was close to our hotel and it was snowing.

I guess if you are a regular the service is great as a business traveler I will not be back at this property and maybe any other ruby Tuesday as the service and food was terrible. No follow up on quality of meal had to ask for another drink and they were not busy.

Ordered a side order of fries for $2.89 and they gave me all of about 15 fries....I have a pic. Y'all have gone downhill. Smokehouse burger was crap too.... just another tuesday now
