delicious gluten free pizza! I tried the bbq chicken option. the pasta options look delicous, the waiters are so polite and accomodating. plenty of cocktails to chose from, I recommend the sparkling sangria! red or white, your choice.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in denver. It's a great atmosphere. Very well done. We sit at the bar, and eat the Cesar salad, and the pizza is exceptional here. đź‘Ś It's really not easy to find traditional Italian pizza in denver, this has great flavor and the crust is very well done.
The bartenders are very good and we have never had a bad experience here. We love love love to go here and relax and chill. Great spot highly recommend !!!

My family and I came here for lunch midweek and it wasn't super busy, but the server was kind of slow between showing up and bringing the drinks, and then taking our food orders.
The four of us ordered different pastas and the flavors were absolutely solid for all four (conchiglie, fettuccine, linguine, ravioli). Our only complaint is that their pastas were all very al dente (as is traditional, so this is a personal/family preference). The pasta was actually kind of hard to chew at some points because it was so firm. I also prefer a softer pasta just because it absorbs sauce so much better that way, and their sauces were superb.

The food was exceptionally delicious! The owner and his son cook the food for almost 30 years! The veal Bolognese fettuccine and chicken conchiglie were excellent! And the peach bread pudding is a must-have!

This place is the most authentic Italian Food I’ve ever had! They have a wonderful atmosphere and a wood fire oven for pizzas! Don’t forget to try their AMAZING dessert! You won’t be disappointed with the elegant environment, food or staff! The Munchies Approved!

I am biased about this place and will say that upfront. The food is delicious but for me the real star is their peach bead pudding. It is my favorite dessert of all time.
Update. I get that more restaurants are short of staff and as a result the wait can be longer however, I feel that we were actually forgotten, hence the downgrade of my rating.
I had reservations and when we arrived I was told the kitchen was backed up and therefore we would have to wait 10-15 min. Ok.
25 min later we were finally seated and it was clear the hostess actually forgot about us.
That being said, the meal was delicious and our server was great.

Amazing meal. Exceeded our expectations. The beef carpaccio was delicious. The spaghettini with spinach, roasted tomatoes, shrimp and scallops was out of this world. The scallops were perfectly cooked and seasoned with just the perfect amount of pepper. The whole dish was a wonderful. The pizza was also amazing. We sat at the bar and the bar manager was very attentive and lovely. The drinks were creative and a nice complement to the meal. Thank you for a wonderful experience all around.

Wow the food here is fire 🔥. I’m gluten free and they had GF bread and pasta and it was a 10/10. My date also enjoyed his food but complained about the small portions because he obviously wanted more of what was on his plate. Would recommend & will definitely be back.

Being just visitors to Denver what a great find this gem of a restaurant is! It’s in a great setting and a nice pedestrian friendly corner of in-town and has very cool architecture inside and out. The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic. Very busy evening but still great service. If we ever get back to Denver we will be back to Cucina Colore. Grazie! Gianni

We’re very picky eaters, I’m a cook, been in the industry for over 9 years. Tasty food, you can tell it’s fresh and homemade. Fast service, my food was at the table within 10-12 minutes which is a great time when you’re starving! Lol. great ambiance, great food, great service. I would recommend:). Beautiful interior, attentive service. I had one of the specialty cocktails, I believe it was called Butter Rum, delicious. I was there to celebrate my birthday, our server was wonderful! For dinner I had the Wild Mushroom Ravioli, no words, absolutely amazing. For dessert, The Tiramisu with a birthday candle! The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Cucina Colore!

Enjoyed drinks and shared a margarita pizza (they substituted Barrata for the Mozzarella at our request for a small upcharge which really made it special) after some Xmas eve shopping yesterday afternoon. Very nice attentive staff. We usually frequent happy hour which is a very good deal, especially when we can sit on the patio. (slightly cold for that yesterday, although a group was out there at about 3pm while the sun was out)

We very much enjoyed eating here. The service was attentive and the server was helpful when we had questions about wine. I had the Italian seafood stew and my partner had a steak with a few thick cut, crispy fries. Her steak was cooked perfectly and the seafood stew was delicious. It was full of mussels, shrimp and fish in a slightly spicy tomato broth with grilled bread to help sop up the broth. The bottle of Tempranillo we chose went well with our entrees. For dessert, I had peach bread pudding (but there were several other desserts I wanted- choosing was hard!) and my partner had chocolate mousse with berries with a chocolate cookie crust. Dinner was expensive but memorable. At some point, we will be back.

Great bar area, with a nice happy hour menu. Cute little patio tables (restaurant and bar) in warm weather. Service is good, usually friendly. The fixed menu items are delicious, though the specials can be a bit too creative, straying from Italian concepts. Overall, a nice atmosphere.

Food was delicious. Hosts were very pleasant. Unfortunately our bartender/server was distracted and left mid shift, our order was incomplete and with the DRW menu everything was rushed out. Also they advertised featured wines but were sold out and the $13 glass I purchased was corked. Tasty but not the best experience.

Came in for wine but ended up ordering food. Calamari was cooked to perfection- not too fried or chewy. I ordered the samon and mushroom risotto, it was fantastic! Husband ordered their scampi pizza and it was ok.
