The Pig & The Sprout - Denver - Photo album

This place was pretty good. Not like the best ever, but pretty good. My husband got the green chile poutine, but it was very wet. I got the brisket dip, and it was good. The staff were all very nice, if maybe not the fastest. And the restaurant seemed a little empty and quiet for a Saturday night.
Food was great and menu had a good variety of options. Drinks were very good! Service was a little slow because we waited longer than expected given we were one of 4 groups in the restaurant, but it may have been because of the amount of staffing at that time (12-1pm on a Thursday).
Nice place for brunch. I would recommend it for anyone in the area looking for some brunch. I tried the eggs Benedict and have definitely had better. The atmosphere was relaxed with indoor seating and patio seating along with indoor bar and outdoor bar seating. I will definitely have to come back to
Atmosphere for brunch was great and great deal for bottomless mimosas! The breakfast burrito was a bit hard to bite into on the ends due to so much tortilla and not enough sauce. But overall was good!
I put off writing this review for a few days as I wanted to think on it and not immediately post out of frustration. But my feelings haven’t changed. We were visiting Denver for about 4 days and we stayed right across the street from this restaurant. One night we left the kids and went out to eat.
Stopped by here right when they opened at 11 after getting off the train from union station. Delicious burger. The brisket dip was so good my husband inhaled it before I could get a good picture 😂
Enjoyed our waiter Seanny, our tacos were delicious and fresh and our drinks were great. Craft margarita!
The staff took our party of 6 very well, and handled all of our requests easily. The jalapeno cornbread was amazing, I got them to put grenadine and cherries in my diet Coke, which was great. The menu is awesome and it's cool that they have so many vegan and vegetarian options. I got the tofu lettuc
If you need a place where there are options for people with or without dietary restrictions, but also have great tasting food for a decent price The Pig & The Sprout is the way to go. Food & service was great, quick to get seated and helped, all while great music played in the background .
Our service was wonderful! Super quick and friendly. The food was really tasty. The ribs were a little dry but nothing too crazy. Still yummy. I loved the cold brew martini. I’d love to come back and try different dishes.
Loved their menu, cute little place downtown. Very friendly staff. The lettuce wraps were to die for. They have great veg options too.
Nice place to visit. Food was delicious! I had the brisket dip and it was extremely tasty. The bread was perfect. The cheese to meat ratio was also great. The fries were cooked perfectly.
Came here for the Brisket breakfast poutine topped with 2 eggs- Boy was it worth it! Cool vibe overall! Also did bottomless mimosas of course & only OJ was available. The Pig & Sprout omlet was delicious, but the chicken & waffles definitely needed an upgrade. Compared to most chicken & waffles in t
Overall pleasant experience. The vibe & decor is fun! The fried green tomatoes were our favorite part of the meal. A great contrast between the tangy, acidic sauce & the battered tomato. We also enjoyed a watermelon salad, which helped offset how heavy the sandwiches were. The pork belly sliders we
Fantastic service and amazing food. Half the menu is meat based and the other half vegetarian- loads of options for parties that need options. We were a party of 3, but a few large parties were in house and we have zero issues with ticket times. The server kept our drinks full and was very patient w
