Went for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was delicious! The prime rib and turkey were the best I've ever had. The desserts were amazing! I ended the meal with a warm mug of apple cider.

I was a bit skeptical going there for lunch as I was staying in the hotel and usually prefer non hotel food; however I surprised how very fresh and good the Cobb salad was with a beautiful presentation. Liked that they had chopped up scallions which added nice flavor.

Best trout I’ve eaten. Service was terrific. Ben, our waiter, went above and beyond for us on our anniversary. Next time we are in Denver we won’t just eat at the restaurant, we’ll stay at the Hyatt too!

The chicken avocado sandwich, salad, and quesadilla are delicious! I only have 1 week trip in Denver but I definitely plan on eating here again.
