At a loss for words on the Al Pastor tacos, I came during happy hour with my best friend, and we both left beyond full for $35 without tip! Their queso fundido is also to die for, highly recommend before the meal comes out, but everything came out very quick! Would come back again with more people!

You should go if you want good margaritas, or if you’re really itching for creative interpretations of Mexican food that isn’t more tex-mex.
They take a more “authentic” approach while still thinking outside the box with ingredients (squid ink or hibiscus tortillas for example).
I went during 3 - 6 PM happy hour and got the Del Jardin, Arrachera, and Tinga tacos for $3 each, plus a Blood Orange margarita.
None of the tacos were mind-blowingly good, but they were tasty, interesting, and very much worth the price. It felt like a lot of thought went into the menu and flavor combinations which was cool.
Music is there for ambiance and isn’t overpowering so you can talk easily. Service was good even though I went by myself.

Loved the service, food and drinks. It was hard to find parking on a Monday evening. But well worth the effort. The tacos were beyond amazing! The drinks were delicious. Service was friendly and fast. The balcony seating will definitely be done next. They open bar seating up and you have the best of inside and out.

Came here for a date night and had a great time! Blade took amazing care of us. She was attentive, friendly and super helpful especially with my dietary concerns (extremely menu knowledgeable) her recommendations were perfect as well. The staff and food were great. Will definitely be back and hopefully get Blade ☺️

Great little Mexican restaurant in Cherry Creek. Food is authentic and had all the right toppings. Would have liked more salsa choices but the peppers on the sides were good.

The food does not disappoint. Genuine, solid taste with vibin' environment and solid drinks. We traveled from Texas/Oklahoma with this place on our itinerary. Don't miss out!

Machetes is my go to place for amazing tacos, amazing margaritas and an amazing time! If I’m trying to impress someone with good food and a good time this is where I go!
The drinks were amazing! Food came out so fast! And as always, everything was perfect.
Seriously have no complaints!
I will say if you don’t like the music too loud you should sit in front of the restaurant or outside.

Nice spot in the trendy Cherry Creek neighborhood. Came here late on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and the place has a nice decor. I had three tacos, all very good and tasty. The margarita was ok but not memorable nor matched the quality of the tacos. Perhaps an area for improvement. Overall, nice spot.
