The BEST croissant I’ve had. I ended up getting the matcha one. I am probably being biased because they’re also really pretty but it’s so good & flaky & soft. It’s next to a bunch of other food vendors so I would highly recommend!

Fantastic bakery options. We did the croffle with Nutella which was pretty solid but slightly difficult to eat (needed a fork) but would definitely try the other flavors next time. The almond croissant was sold and the winner better the two bases upon the marzipan and texture. Next time I want to try a la roulette.

The pastries were really good. Ordered caramel pecan KOUIGN-AMANNS, almond croissant and la roulette chocolate.
Each one of these items were incredibly delicious.
The service was good.

Awesome bakery inside Denver Central Market. Had to try their viral Matcha Roulette - which is a filled round croissant style roll. Needless to say it was worth the hype. The pecan sticky bun was amazing as well. Coffee shop in the space next to them had an awesome breakfast blend tea. Lots of other restaurants in a cool hip modern food court. A must stop when up in the area.

I have visited Izzio bakery twice now both when I am visiting Colorado. They have the best pastries that I have ever had. Everything is always made fresh and tastes amazing! Staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

This place was WONDERFUL. Hands down the best croissant I’ve had in Denver and I’ve had many. One can tell they use high quality butter and flower in all their pastry dough (I bake, @pizzacocotte). Crispy, fluffy, FLAKEY. It was perfect. I haven’t had a croissant this good outside of New York/Boston/Paris/Marseille…. So THAT SAID, this was the LOW POINT of the items I bought there.
I of course went there for their quickly becoming famous Roulette Wheels. Ohhhhh boy do they live up to the hype. These are one of the best things I’ve ever put in my
mouth. Imagine a croissant that’s been rolled into a 1” thick wheel instead, baked, and then some Raspberry Frosting man came and slammed his happy stick into that deliciously warm pastry and filled it with his goo. It’s like that! Only delicious and not disgusting 🤣.
This place is amazing.

I’ve heard a lot about these roulette croissants and they did not disappoint. We got the dulce de Leche and wow. Amazing. I could have eaten three, by my self. I can’t wait to try more there!

This place is a hidden gem. So many options under one roof. Food quality is excellent.
We loved the Vero's Bella Pizza, Izzio Bakery's Chocolate crossiant, chocolate ganache cake and LA Roullete (Rasberry cheesecake and Dolce de leche). Their cream bun was not that good, it was too sweet and the cream needed more flavor.
The icecream from high point creamery tasted so fresh and refreshing. We tried rose gold and Lavender lemonade and found both equally good.

Loved that they offer a vegan breakfast burrito, could use a little editing so it’s not so 3/4 full of rice instead of the other main ingredients - the balance is a bit off but tasty!

Another review, another picture of one of Izzio's La Roulette (their round, filled, crossaint-ish pastry). We visited Izzio on a Saturday morning, when they also serve brunch. The line was quite long when we arrived and only got longer the more time we waited. If you decide to visit, definitely allocate plenty of time. Despite the general busyness, there was no sense of urgency from staff, which added to the wait times. It felt like they were a little overwhelmed running the bakery sales and getting food orders out. Maybe they were having an off day.
Given other reviews, I expected La Roulette to be much more tender/flaky than what we experienced. It seemed a little overcooked - to the point that the dough itself was crunchy (not in a good way). The filling taste itself was fine, but probably could have used a bit more sweetener to balance the matcha flavor.
I would consider another visit, but I don't think we'd prioritize it if we found ourselves in town again.

We found this establishment through a random video on Tiktok and knew that we had to try it when we came to town. It absolutely did NOT disappoint! It was busy and there was quite a line, but that's to be expected here and that's not a bad thing. The food was fantastic! We'll be making this a stop every time we come to Denver.

The farmers bowl dish I got was quite tasty and filling, however it would have been better with some fresh salsa and I'm not a fan of the seasoned tortillas that it comes with because it feels like having Doritos junk food with a dish with real, fresh ingredients.

This place is awesome. Located in the denver central market, a hip little marketplace with multiple vendors. It is beautiful facility. But i came to try the roulettes!!!! Oh the roulettes are amazing!! Just as amazing as they look!! Each roulette has a layered, buttery crispy crust on the outside and a light soft and airy center! The Matcha cheesecake one has a deep complex matcha flavor with citrus undertones and a sweet cheesecake finish. The icing on the outside is a beautiful little touch of sweetness on the acidic filling. With a sweet and crunchy matcha crumble. The chocolate roulette has a deep rich chocolate ganache filling and touch of chocolate icing. It could have had just a touch more filling. The raspberry cheesecake is an explosion of real raspberry filling and a touch of cheesecake. You can taste and feel the raspberries in the filling and the cheesecake filling is an incredible equalizer to the sweetness of the fruit. My favorite flavor was the Dulce de Leche. The smooth caramel cream with the crisp buttery crust is one of the best desserts I have ever had. I wamed it up a touch... oh my. It's no surprise these have turned into a viral sensation. Not only are they beautifully crafted, they taste even better!! 10/10 a must try! Tip your server as the counter person was very polite, kind and helpful with all of the questions I had about ingredients and flavors!

A little pricey but worth trying out. We went on a Sunday morning and the area was packed, but line went by quick. Blueberry danish and the matcha roulette was super good, I personally wasnt a fan of the chocolate almond croissant as it has a cherry taste to it, but outside of that it was still good.

What a treat this bakery is ! Top notch ingredients (think Isigny s’te mer butter from France for example ) , you can see them making on site and the treats are scrumptious. We had 2 flavours of their filled croissant roulettes, a morning bun and a Kougin Amman. All were absolutely delicious. I was raised in Belgium and was spoilt by their amazing patisserie - Izzio is on par , high praise indeed !

I've been here twice now and it never disappoints. Over my visits, I've tried:

The Queens are hands down my favorite thing. Ask for them to be warmer up. The tart cherry is my favorite. It's their version of Kouign-amann. I also love the croissant and berry cake.
Their Roulette's are all over social media. I've had many versions of things like it and this one wasn't my favorite. It was too crunchy/overcooked for my liking.
I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area looking for dessert.

We had dinner and drinks here the other night with some friend and it was perfect. We had such a fun time and everybody got to eat any kind of food they'd like. I had a poke bowl and my husband had a meatball sub! We had ice cream too. Love that's it's local and there is tons of variety. Delicious food and what a neat environment. We also got a bunch of meat from The Local Butcher to take home. What a cool concept and great space!! Delicious cocktails too.

It's a special place with history to find unique groceries. My son and I were easily able to find a place to sit and eat our delish smoked Salomon bagel plate. Very nice experience of a small old historic market.

The concept is poorly executed. I've been there at different times and days and it's equally annoying. It's unnecessarily crowded, flow of people is ill-designed, prices are too high (guessing bc of booth rent), and it is clearly owned by someone who wants to capitalize on the hip and cares nothing about the community it is in. Some food vendors have good stuff but good luck getting to the counters to purchase, let alone find a seat. Save your money and frustration and go to a tried and true spot like Biju, Americatus or Ophelia's.

Curio, the bar inside has some of the worst service that I have ever experienced. I would urge anyone considering to come to this place to check out some of the other Denver establishments. Denver is a place for friendly people, great drinks, and great conversation. Sadly the Denver Market does not meet that standard. The bartenders are rude and homophobic. I had a bartender throw my ID back at me and say "we do not serve you here." After writing to the manager about my incident I was offered no apology. I will never again come to such a horrible establishment.

Came here for a visit with friends whilst visiting from the UK. Great concept and everyone very friendly with great choices of food to eat. Sampled the charcuterie and ice creams and bought some delicious honey and handmade chocolates. Definitely come back here. 👌

Curio has good overpriced drinks but very bad service. My cocktail glass had a chip and it almost felt I needed to be sorry for bothering them to give a new one. The food choices are good, had yummy pasta.
