We went here yesterday and had an awesome experience! There is a cute little patio outside where we ate the beer was good my Margarita was absolutely fantastic and don't even get me started on the food lol we got the Johnny burger with fries and onion rings everything was amazing !!
Had been many years since we had been regular drinkers here. Went down on a Saturday expecting the worst because of the change in the neighborhood,BUT it didn’t go that way. Parked right away behind the bar in there “ private “ lot, that was still there. Got seated and served right away, the JCB was just as good as we remembered, Ava was a great server. Can’t wait to go back and have a Labatts blue next time
Good atmosphere, unique, and friendly. I had a Johnny burger, wife had an old school cheese burger. Both great. Fries hot! Service friendly!!! Perfect for a Monday lunch.
Food even came with a caddy
I’m super surprised - a lot of people say these guys have the best burger and they are unbelievably mid. Very very easy to beat the burgers out yourselves at home. Burgers were like $15 for $8 quality. Good, but not great by any means
Service was just okay, but that’s kinda the vibe.
Atmosphere is awesome - I’d come back for drinks, but not food.
Great service and great drinks. Wide selection of liquors. The bartender was really friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn't try the food but the burgers looked amazing and the folks sitting next to me said it was!
There has been many of times visiting Denver or just passing through when I had wanted to stop in for a burger and a beer while being shrouded in the past. While traveling into the area once again for Widespread Panic at Red Rocks followed by Dead and Co.’s final stop in Boulder, I couldn’t resist the idea to finally stop in with my brother for a great burger, a few beers, and a fitting start to what was to come! I absolutely loved their JCB with bacon, fries, and their mazing o-rings! The comfortable feel and long lasting history of this corner pub/restaurant was exactly what was needed after the long drive in, and was matched with great friendly service! - “ The bus came by and I got on, that’s when it all began/ There was Cowboy Neal at the wheel of the bus to never ever land.” Cheers 🍻
Great experience before a concert at Empower Stadium! I love how the burgers come out with a tray to dress you burger by yourself and choose your own toppings.
Exceptional customer service and awesome dinner!
I highly recommend making this a regular stop for dinner!
Look up the history on this place, absolutely incredible. Love there is no sign for this historic place.
Friendly staff with a great selection of beers. I had the raspberry blonde ale and it was sooo good. Also ordered a burger with the works and shared a fry and ring combo. Definitely left full and satisfied.
Great burgers! The classic cheese burger is great as well as the Johnny Burger. The onion rings are about as perfect as onion rings can be. This place is one of the most original places I have been to in Denver.
This place is so great. Incredible history and ambiance. We had wonderful service. The best bar burgers in Denver, in my opinion. Great fries and rings as well. All from the tiniest little kitchen. It is supposed to be the oldest bar in Denver. Check out the tin ceiling, the bar itself and antique cash register.
Adore every visit to My Brother's Bar - on the patio, at the bar or in the dining room. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Have yet to get anything other than a burger - next time ;-) But it is one of the best cheese burgers in town - always get the sautéed onions. Onion rings and fries are solid. And love the burger caddy that comes with all the fixings. I love taking visitors to Confluence Park to walk around, hit REI and then grab a bite at My Brother's Bar (and a ride on the Denver Trolley if its in-season).
