Domino's Pizza

We ordered multiple pizzas on a Friday night. They were super busy and we accidentally received the wrong pizza on delivery. I spoke with Sebastian and he immediately sent out the correct pizza. I know people make mistakes but having them acknowledge and act quickly to correct the issue shows professionalism and great customer service!

I used to order delivery from this place two or sometimes 3 times a week. Their pizzas were consistent and good for chain pizza,but within the last couple of months the quality of their pizza has really gone down hill. I continued to order from this place despite being relatively unsatisfied with my last couple orders because it wasnt terrible but still I've had better from this location until yesterday. I ordered two simple pizzas and they were by far the worst pizzas I have ever had in my entire life. At first glance the pizzas didn't look off despite *both* of my pizzas being uncut which now looking in retrospect should have told me that my pizzas were put together with carelessness and not quality checked. The crust were almost an inch and a half thick yet airy and puffy not in a good way, extra pepperoni and sauce was not present on my pizza and the bottom of my pizza was thin and soggy. My second pizza was made this way as well. Dont eat from here, there is no more consistency in this once great dependable dominos. You'd have better luck with a frozen great value pizza. Delivery has never been an issue so dont worry you'll always receive your order in a timely manner, but the newer delivery drivers have a hard time following simple drop of instructions regardless of tip amount. - Teddy W

The pizza was great, but I ordered late, and I have worked for dominos before and currently work for a pizza place and would have never done someone so dirty. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 box of garlic parm knots, I know how they’re made and what I received wasn’t even worth eating. They were thin and barely filled the box. For tipping the driver 6 dollars I’d except more than a sad box of garlic parm knots. No matter the time. I understand people want to go home, but it take less than 5 minutes to make them properly. This was very poor on them.

Not a good location. Front people have attitudes like how dare you order pizza. Anyways I ordered on the app and it said it would take about 35-45 mins which is fine because I know places get busy. However, I arrive on time for my pizza but it was not ready for another 30 mins. So it took them over an hour and a haft to make ONE medium size pizza the was for store pickup…I can’t even describe how disappointing this location is.
