Burger King

The older white woman was rude and unprofessional. When told that the fries from our order were missing, she proceeded to argue not only with my husband but with the other employee. She then yanked the bag from my husband's hand and put the fries in. We got all the way home and one of our burgers were missing. Why she still works there is baffling. Update...her name is Dena. The other two employees seemed to be doing all the work and she just seemed to be in the way and griping at people. They deserve a raise simply for having to deal with her.

Menu and Ala carte items very difficult to compare prices of combos etc. very expensive prices for fast food. $3.70 for a small cheeseburger is ridiculous. I spent over $12 for 2 cheeseburgers and one large fry. Fries were hot but cheeseburger had dry buns. Very disappointed. Cashier didn’t know the difference in between burgers

The checkout assistant was fantastic and offered great customer service. She ran to the back and at the same time our order was called. A different associate- ablonde haired woman, threw the bag on the counter, and when I asked if there was ranch in the bag the woman just turned and walked away. Nice representation of Burger King lady. 5 stars to the sweet cashier!

So the manager a dude with glasses went out of his way to make a grilled chicken sandwich for me, I have to say the sandwich was awesome, cooked to perfection with the right amounts of condiments I'm a truck driver and is always refreshing to find people at these food establishments that appreciate us, I didn't catch your name but dude.... your awesome I hope you get a big promotion one day cause people like you is what these fast food places need, thanks again man!!

They took forever to just take my order and I was the only one at the register. Finally took my order I waited again and got my food and drinks then left when me and husband drove away got down the road alittle I started getting our food out they forgot one of the fries for my meal 😡 and I got chicken fries there was like 6 in the box it looked half empty! How do they not see there’s 2 meals on the screen that means 2 fries. Update the food made me sick as well came back to add that to my review
