Chipotle Mexican Grill

Arrived on a Monday at around 8pm. Took 10 minutes to place order. When asking for Chips & Guac I was told they were out for the rest of the night. Chips & Guac were for my 3 yr old daughter as she loves them. She was very disappointed as I was even more. Decided to dine in but almost didn’t as ALL tables were dirty and trash was full, not to mention hidden by the entrance. Floors hadn’t been swept. Regional Manager or Owner-please step in and FIX these continued problems!

So this location is decent. Just your average Chipotle. However, I highly recommend against ordering ahead for pickup. I always arrive a few minutes before it should be done, then it takes 20-30 minutes to finally get my order. I understand they get busy, but it's literally every time. I'm actually waiting right now and it has been 20 minutes past when my order should've been ready. Just go in and order, don't waste your time.

Let me start of by saying, I really like chipolte restaurants. I like the food, but some restaurants are very poorly run. I went to this chipolte @7p on a Thursday night. There really is no excuse for this much trash to be piled up like this. We almost turned around and left, but decided to push through. The were completely out of black beans, the brisket was dried out from being out in the pan for so long, every table was dirty, and the prep line looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. We got bowls and while the food was good, the temp of the whole bowl was cold. Overall, I was very disappointed in this store and would seriously think twice before visiting this store again. I would most likely drive over to the chipolte off 288, by the mall.

My first visit of Mexican restaurant in denton Texas USA Had rice bowl, taco, and Unlimited coca coal drink Food was very delicious. First time i eat taco 🌮 . Had wonderful time at this restaurant. Taco 😘😘😘😋😋😋😋 As I was unfamiliar with the procedure of how to order food at restaurant. All staffs were very co operative and helpful to me.

Ahhhhhhh! I hate doing this, but it's the only way to get better. There were 7 or 8 workers, we waited about 10 minutes to start our order with barely any acknowledgment that we were standing at the case. 3 people were prepping food for the line and only one person was prepping bowls, but for web orders, another was just prepping her bowl to take home (while asking the food prepper what she was allowed to put in her employee bowl) meanwhile the line was getting longer. And the service area was just dirty. one person was working the register but really just standing there. Just seems like it can be ran better. For the amount of workers, should have been a smoother process. During these trying times, I would understand if the store was understaffed but that was not the case here.

I love chipotle, but management here needs to be retrained or replaced. They are always out of food and the productivity of the workers is pour. Usually is a 30 minute experience to get my food. Sometimes the employees just chat and don’t acknowledge the customers. Food doesn’t taste fresh compared to other chipotle’s. Corporate, please step in and help this location. I live a few minutes away, and I’ll be upset when it inevitably shuts down.

Worst service ever at a chipotle.I would have given this negative stars if that was an option. I went in to get my meal for my husband and I during peak hours… I anticipated to wait. I wait in line and watch three staff members cutting peppers. I get to the line they’re out of white rice, they’re out of state hadn’t been cut. The place was a mess on the line. Mobile on stocks on most of the food items. Oh well the manager and other staff members were on the side visiting with an off-duty staff. I wait for the steak to get cooked… Mind you I had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes, and then I have to wait another 15 minutes for steak to get caught and cut. I go to pay for my meal, and I am told I’m not able to purchase chips because I was on an online order?! How does that make sense. What the f. I can’t purchase chips due to low stock but it’s ok if I completed my order online?! I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the manager was the one socializing and not maintaining his store, or his food prep. The dishes were piled up, no one was cooking or cleaning….Worst service ever. I told them I was willing to pay for the chips and give them my money now. And they said I’m sorry we can’t do that. I know I might be being a Karen that was ridiculous! But this is the worst service of the chipotle I have ever had.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! The Manager is incompetent, Doesn’t know how to manage a store or his staff, and has HORRIBLE customer service.
