We tried this place for the first time this week and we loved it! Friendly staff and our food was delicious! We will definitely be back and I already recommended it to my family.

We go there every Saturday and Sunday! We absolutely love this place! The staff there are so nice and always take care of us. The food is exceptional as well! Highly recommend

I am enjoying a hot cup of coffee with a delicious biscotti I purchased from the Rising Sun on Tues morning. I stop in regularly on Tues to meet friends and bring home a dozen homemade fresh biscotti to last me a week. Such a wonderful treat for biscotti lovers! Once you've been there you will begin to long to return for another breakfast or lunch. When I get these feelings I just get in the car and it knows the way. Thanks Adam for bring this gem of a restaurant to Denton.
This place is phenomenal and the wait staff is very friendly. Chef Adam makes particularly delicious and moist baked goods.

I'm always saying we don't have enough good cafes around anymore. Well I just found my new favorite! Anyone who can make light scratch biscuits, their own sausage and REAL gravy is tops in my book and deserves my respect. My meal was so good, I ordered something to go for later. I plan to take my daughter's family to Rising Sun Cafe Saturday on her day off. This place is a true gem and I wish Chef Adam a very long and successful run with it.

Been here a few times and the food has always been great. Service can be slow at times, but nothing that's made my experience unbearable. Oh & the food is reasonably priced.

If you're looking for a simple but delicious breakfast, this is the place. I ordered their Three Egg Plate with Sausage and Bacon and substituted wheat toast with a regular pancake. Let me tell you that the scrambled egg was perfectly cooked and oh sooo good! The star of the show though, was the crispy hash brown; never before had I enjoyed hash brown so much! Try them out! You will not be disappointed.
The perfect hole in the wall Cafe, very nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The food was amazing perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns. Their grilles chicken is also to die for, best chicken sandwich I have ever had

Another great spot to enjoy a nice morning breakfast. Waitstaff was superb and attentive and the food was excellent. I really liked the art on the large wall, made it feel like breakfast at an art gallery. I think you can purchase the art as well, though I didn't ask. I'll be back with my wife again!

I can’t believe I had never heard of this place until I typed “breakfast near me” into my gps this morning because I wanted something new! Food was so good and SO reasonably priced! Will absolutely be back.
Wonderful spot for brunch. We did breakfast this round, but look forward to returning for lunch soon. Beautiful artwork that is done by the owners mother if I remember correctly - and it's all for sale!! Friendly waitstaff and Deee-licious food at reasonable prices, what more can you ask for?!
