Review The Ebb Tide - Dennis Port

First time there. Great service and food. Clam chowder was amazing. Cranberry sorbet was perfect. Have seafarer casserole. Delish.

Absolutely wonderful, as always! I have been coming to the Ebb Tide for over 35 years and have always loved the food, service and ambiance. This year, due to COVID, my family and I decided to use their curbside services. I called in the order and they were immediately friendly and accommodating. It is a rare treat to be treated so well by an establishment, over the phone. The food was beautifully packaged, ready on-time, hot and delicious. Everything was wonderful and they even included a little surprise treat for dessert! The McCormick family truly knows how to treat their customers and the food is always excellent. Our thanks to all at The Ebb Tide (Patricia, Paul and staff) for making this year’s trip to the Cape special, no matter what!

Their clam chowder and lobster bisque both had a lot of flavor. The chowder was thick and creamy and had a great consistency. The bisque was flavorful and delicious. I also ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders, which are basically boneless chicken wings as they are smaller. They pack a lot of flavor and a nice kick.

The ebb tide Restaurant is excellent in every way! We were greeted warmly when we entered the restaurant. Our server was attentive and attention to detail. The cocktails were small but delicious. The quality of the food and it’s expert preparation was amazing. Stuffed quahog was the best I’ve ever had. I had the seafood sampler that could not have been any fresher. When one steps inside the restaurant you feel a sophisticated country charm with white table cloths , candles on table. I give this restaurant an A +.

Delicious food. Great service. We've been here a few times over the years. This time it was at Seaview due to the changes for Covid. Felt very clean and safe, plenty of room between tables inside. Got the pecan encrusted salmon, which was excellent. I loved the mashed potatoes - very buttery!

Food was very good. We got lobster bisque and clam chowder both were very good. The lobster roll was packed with meat and the wedge salad was huge and full with lots of things. Salmon was also delish. Great place to eat. Service was excellent too.

LOVE this place. Been coming since a kid. Very good food and they do a great early bird special that comes with soup or salad, entree, and a choice dessert. I always do the chowder and rhe chocolate mousse. I think it comes with coffee also

Our chance to dress for dinner. I ordered lobster fritters (not to be missed), lobster bisque, and lobster pot pie (lobster meat, in a cheese sauce, covered in bread crumbs, servrd in a cassarole dish. Dessert was Key Lime Pie, and so yummy. Other dishes included sword fish, native cod, fettuccine alfredo, all praised by those who ordered.

It was fun to open the steamed lobster by myself but it took a while and the dessert selection was a bit on the odd side but overall, my experience there was very pleasant and peaceful so I would definitely recommend to a friend and come back while staying on the Cape. This was definitely the best restaurant to come to while staying on the Cape.

Really delicious duck, and nice cocktails. The restaurant is clean and the wait staff is professional. I would recommend the key lime martini, if you are going to have a drink!

It's a tried-and-true establishment and has been for many years. Consistency is there major claim to fame. I also enjoy the intermezzo and the flavors change frequently

Oysters on the half shell and lobster sauteed in lemon wine sauce.....off the hook! Best cup of coffee in Cape Cod!

Lobster fritters are amazing. I am a native Cape Codder...the chowder here is excellent.

We went for the first time yesterday evening and was kinda nervous because of the way it looked but don't let the building scare you away. The service was absolutely wonderful and the food was to die for!! Lobster fritters were amazing actually everything we had was amazing. Would and will recommend this place to others

For the past decade, we never get tired of the excellent menu offerings. A must start to your evening are the Lobster Fritters and an Ebbtini. A Highly recommended restaurant for friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere.

Only come once a year. First dinner in the first day cause it's down the road. Always good food. Remember a couple of years probably due to young children was not impressed. Almost stopped our tradition. Last night was exceptional. Wife had ebb tide sward fish, I had the diver scallops and my daughter had the tuna steak special and the portion was so large I got the opertunity to finish it. The tradition will carry on.

My family and I go to the Ebb Tide twice every week we're on the Cape. The kids that work there are a blast, very knowledgeable and work wicked hard for you. Sarah, our waitress tonight, knows our whole life stories now ;-) The food is always a huge hit, we've never had a bad meal there as long as we've been going. We're going again Friday ;-) Thanks, you guys!!

We ate at the Ebb Tide for the first time on June 8, 2018. It is less than a mile from our son's vacation home and we will be back, for sure. Excellent food, service and prices!

Amazing classic New England dishes with an updated twist! Delicious and enjoyable experience each year we go!

We were a large group and we believe the waitress was overwhelmed as she made several mistakes beginning with the main entrees, desserts and finally the checks....we will probably not go back.

We love it at the Ebb Tide. The food and service are always way above average. It's upscale yet comfortable. Wouldn't change a thing. We always make it part of our summer visits to the Cape. This time, we were celebrating our 20th anniversary.

The Ebb Tide has been one of our favorite restaurants for almost fifty years. Excellent food and service. We always feel at home at the Ebb Tide thanks to the management and staff.
