Was coming here for a couple years now and stopped for a while due to terrible management and staff. We recently gave them another try around February/march 2022 and it is night and day. The new manager is 1000% better and the food is always great. Staff are very friendly and if they ever make a mistake the go the extra mile to make it right. Such a massive improvement. Hope the new manager stays so we can keep ordering from them.

As soon as I walked in, the cashier was rude. I was trying to order two subs but when I ordered the first sub, she completely cut me off before I was able to order my second sub. Then when I told her i was getting another sub she immediately snapped saying “Are you ordering anything else before I make this?” I just felt like her customer service was terrible. I will never go back to this location.

Employees not wearing masks. Unsafe because they are talking to each other while they are preparing the food. Droplets can from mouth can contaminate the food.

It hurts my heart to give this store a bad rating but something has to be done about the “manager” Emilio. I read the reviews and noticed a trend; rudeness. Every time I enter the whole staff greats me by NAME. 60k+ VIP points would tell you why. Ever since his arrival my trips to this store have been less than pleasant. I see it in the poor staffs faces. He is bad for business, hence why my staff nor I will return until something is done. Given these rough times I know there are countless other good hearted people that need work and would be more than grateful for the opportunity. Unfortunately, misery and disdain is the only energy in there now. Please figure it out for your sake and ours. Your biggest fan.. -Austin

Working for doordash you meet a lot of people. Usually busy stores make for over work, underpaid, tired staff which can often be perceived as rude. However my experience with Tanya the GM of this Firehouse subs really made me smile today. In this trying times a smile can save a life. Thank you Tanya God bless.

Ordered online. Went in to pick it up the employees were not busy.. just standing there gossiping. I had to let them know I placed an order online. When my order was ready they completely messed up the order.

Just went there and it was not a good experiance. They have a very hard time understanding english. I tried to order a sandwhich and a salad. When they read me the total it was near $30. Their prices are extremely to high. I took the sandwhich off because it alone was $20. i did order the salad only but when i got home i found out they forgot some of the items on the salad. i would say to either go somewhere else to eat or be sure you check your order before you leave. you can not trust it to be correct.

Every time I enter the store the server in the cashier always has an attitude I went to buy 2 sandwiches and spend $35 for a bad attention makes me not want to go again. I went to the bathroom and there are no napkins, to be honest I do not recommend this store if you plan on spending $35 on 2 sandwiches
