Decent bar, good drinks, good prices but damn the smokey air! The fans and air scrubbers do little to dissipate the smoke, but if you don't mind that it's actually a fun place to hang out.

I always thought a "dive bar" was a nautical/diving themed bar... Apparently it is a "dive" into a smokey and super depressing bar. This grotesque bar is definetly the definition of that! Terrible service and terrible bartenders, but good prices. You just have to do laundry when you get home.
