When a customer asks you for a deep dish, you tell them it’s going to be a wait and the customer says ok that’s fine then you drop the pizza because you’re not focus laugh about it while making another pizza and touching everything including your phone with the same gloves. Then she turned around to tell me she doesn’t care when I told her this is not okay

They do not participate in the Hot-N-Ready program, yet they have the advertisements on the door and menu. Had to spend half my lunch waiting for them to make the Pizza due to slow (no service), had I known I would have ordered ahead. Looks like I order ahead at Hungry Howies or Dominoes. They have the better pizza the only benefit to LC was i would not have to order ahead. The crust did not even rise.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from here and they’ve failed to bring my drink which is paid for. The driver says there was no drink in the order. I was charged for a drink all three times. I called Lil Caesar to report they confirm that drink was ordered but told me to call door dash about it. I personally feel it’s Lil caesars responsibility to insure the driver leaves with the complete order. So this is a loss for me three times I will not order from there again and not be compensated for the stores short comings

Little Ceasers is the classic childhood pizza for me. Born in Michigan I had it a ton. Fun fact the best Ceasers pizza is in the Little Ceasers Arena/Comerica Park & originally in the Joe Louis Arena. That is because they raise the dough longer for the big games. Grew up with the grandson of Mike Illtch So as for this location. Standard Ceasers, found in a plaza that is so tight on space. Definitely be careful cause it’s easy to get into an accident. I was a random walk in on a Sunday. Happened to be in the area and said today is a day for a $5 hot N ready pizza. Ceasers blew back up on the map with that deal. Huge. Pizza was as it should be, classic pepperoni, simple, delicious and filling. It’s definitely not the best pizza. But its in my opinion one the best deals and options for consumers. You can always add $2 get a better pizza, they have deals during the week for happy hours on getting different styles at better prices. Shout to the cashier on Sunday as she had an annoying customer giving her tude and she respectfully took care of him, and myself properly. The customer was a bit ridiculous and was pleased how she took care of it. Sorry I didnt get her name. Years ago I met the owner and he was the first to put me on that Little Ceasers franchisees don’t have to buy these little ceaser packs that Ceaser makes for their pizzas. I’m telling you these little babie pack a solid kick for the pizza. You would stand out if you had em. I’ll still eat it, obviously. Just saying those are awesome. 🍻 Want to note they have an app, you can order through and pick up in an oven without talking to anyone.

Department of Health, pls pay a visit to this place. Last night I went to try again this local after 3 months they served me a cold old pizza. 3/21/22 at 730pm to be exactly, there at the counter this woman in a very nasty way ask me what I wanted, she was upset cause she wanted to leave early as I heard someone telling me outside while waiting. Once inside I look at her, she had half net on her huge wig, long lashes ever seen and 3 inches fake nails. They were all over the pizzas she was cutting. No gloves could help her cover them. I will not come back! I was in disgust!!

The female employee at this place is either incompetent or impatient and disrespectful. I wanted to order 5 pizzas when she said she didnt know how much they would be in total. Her explanation is that she was just the one making the pizzas and not the cashier, but then where is the cashier? She alsokept saying "hello?" like she didn't even hear me. Horrible customer service and the pizza is horrible there. Don't come here at your own risk.
