Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante

Decided at the last minute that we wanted to go out to dinner on the holiday. Checked with an online reservation 3rd party and they showed (while we were in the parking) that Sardinia was booked for 45 minutes. Decided to go in anyway. They confirmed that they were booked for 30 minutes but if we had a seat at the bar they would try and accommodate us as soon as possible. We got a table in 15 minutes and enjoyed the music and the excellent Italian meal and Cappuccino afterwards!

I have read about their initial restaurant in Miami beach and now they have opened a second location. Friends who are foodies raved about this place. So we decided to go after attending an art gallery opening. It was a Friday at around 7:30 and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Our waiter Stephen was very good. On Fridays, they have scotches on special depending on the hour 7PM $7, 8pm $8. Started with Moscardini, baby octopus, celery, black olives, and tomato that Stephen recommended and he was right, very good. It was a shame since I was really looking forward to eating here.

Genuine authentic Northern Italian food. Great ..really great service Staff is passionate about the food and know the menu inside out. Food is exceptionally fresh .. Ambience is very nice. Entrees are super fresh ..light.. tasty .. This food doesn't live with you. Bread home made ..olive oil and balsamic really really good. Deserts great If your looking for pizza joint this is NOT the place to go. Dining is food experience. Great pizza.. Would go back again many times and look forward to visiting again soon. Will be sending family and friends. A hidden jem...

Had dinner there last night for the second time and throughly enjoyed it. No attitudes, great service, the waiter (Mike if I recall) could not have been any more accommodating. Party of six, some of who are pretty particular, and everyone raved about the food. Had some apps that we shared then everyone ended up getting pasta. Nice that they offer half portions (which are pretty large) and are reasonably priced. Only reason for 4 stars was the room gets a little noisy and they should tell you the prices of the specials without having to ask. A little surprised at some of the negative reviews but to each his own, one less diner that I’ll have to compete for a reservation with!
