Outback Steakhouse

I don't know where to begin been trying how to write this review for a week. This happened on Labor Monday... So many things went wrong, where the 1st issue should have been obvious. The company says they accept gift cards payment and it even has an option for one to use it online when ordering the food. But at lass there system dose not accept gift card payments. Went to pick up the order as mentioned to wait outside curbside first time doing this. Waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the food nothing. Went inside thinking the restaurant was full... No it was empty. I asked for some help asked the bar tender and she asked for some one to meet me regarding a pickup even though the online system said curbside. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes. At this point I was hungry have not eaten since the prior dads lunch. Finally someone meet me an gave me my food. I asked is every thing that was ordered in the bag. His comment was yes. Got to my brothers home and none of the food containers was marked. If the system asked you to mark the food for who it is for they should have added the names to each. When we began opening and eating the food there where it's missing. The loaded baked potato they just tossed a potato inside. Missing the extra veggies that was asked for, with a number of things. ... Don't go to this restaurant... I could not go back and tell them all the extra stuff that was ordered is missing since they would normally Spit in the customers food that's what works will do when a customer complain. Also the food tastes like it was cooked in old disgusting oil where it has never been cleaned.

I went for lunch today, if you didn’t know they have a lunch special from 12 to 4. My wife had some prime rib sandwich and I had the sirloin steak. The place wasn’t busy and the server was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. I had recently eaten at Texas De Brazil in Palm Beach and paid 4 times the price and the food sucked.

Outback Steakhouse has been around since my childhood. The world famous Bloomin Onion has stand the test of time Unfortunately, for Outback, it seems it just isn't the same anymore. The last time I ate at Outback was in 2008 with NY brother Christmas Eve. I remember enjoying the heck out of the meal, thinking it wasn't a bad place. This last visit, I was excited to see how it has held up. The place definitely seemed to be brighter and had renovated its decor to a more modern look. We were greeted promptly and sat at the bar booth. The time was creeping on it last hour to close at 10pm. My girl and I know we get full easily, and two people on a Bloomin Onion won't finish their meal. So got a bloke Stella draft, ordered the Bloomin Chicken sandwich, and my girl got a cheeseburger. I know inflation is happening, but the portion sizes to the price are way terrible. There are other local and corporate chains that give more at the same price or less; that's on steaks, sandwiches their apps. Heather out waitress was very sweet, she definitely could be more engaging and offered another round if she wanted the sales but she chill no issues from her, it's two stars because of the fail from its HQ. I went to Outback because I was sitting on a gift card for over two years to it. I did appreciate the gift card a lot. I still had a wonderful night with my girl.

In Delray Beach, the server Patrick was super friendly and was very happy! Really made my outings with my parents really special! The food was amazing and I have a perfect portion for a second meal tomorrow. Definitely be sure to come here and ask to sit in Patrick's section. Last night we had dinner at Outback and it was perfect! The Service was excellent. Heather was our waitress and she was extremely pleasant and seemed to love her job. We met the Proprietor, Tanya Gregorich, and I could see why all the employees were so helpful. Tanya was focused our her customers but also very helpful with her employees. I highly recommend this restaurant. Stop by and see Chelsea at the bar because she was awesome too!

Tonight we ate at the 1300 Linton boulevard location. Our waiter's name was Brody and he was amazing, not only as our server but an awesome person. He really made our experience wonderful. He took time to chat with us and was very thoughtful. He asked all the right questions as he took our order and made sure he checked on us. We will definitely ask for Brody when we come back although I don't see him being a server for too long. He has way too much potential and is very responsible! Go for it Brody, you can do whatever you want!

We ordered a prime rib, medium... Was severed a rare one - twice. As well, we waited almost 40 minutes between us sending it back and receiving a new order. Our friends ordered the same thing, got a replacement within a few minutes and were totally finished with their whole meal before we even got our replacement meal. The asparagus was cold and obviously old, it was not cooked properly and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. Now, our server was fine. She didn't cook the food. Although she was reluctant to come by at all while we waited for 40 minutes, but overall she was fine. We did speak to the manager on duty, Haley, and she did comp our meal and insisted we take it with us (we will have to cook it to our liking). However, she rectified the situation and was very apologetic and professional. Understaffed. New cook (it was his 1st night cooking). & the ladies restroom definitely needed to be cleaned, restocked and there was not any soap at all in either pump.
