Excellent service! Staff was so friendly! I appreciated all the clean tables, and signage they'd been sanitized. Sad to not get a pull apart donut, blueberry muffin was great! Really nice experience. KUDOS 👏!

Hours on there website says they open at 5:00am. A sign on the menu boards say they don't open till 6:00am. Some people have to be at work at 6:00. I guess I will not be stopping there anymore.

Says they close at midnight.. sat in the drive through at 10:30 for 10 mins for no one to take our order. Horrible service. Change ur hours online if your not open.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE asked for 2 double quarters w/ cheese and received 2 singles with lettuce and tomatoes. Didn't realize til I got to Spencerville

Employees could care less about customers. No one knows how to count change..I shouldn't have to ask for napkins!

I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit I ended up paying for two and they didn't make it right because there was no cheese they screw up every order I have

Terrible managers, terrible place, fries always under or over salted, sandwiches are good but everything else is bad, I worked there and quit, not giving it one star bc of it, it was just a bad place and had terrible managers, and I quit because of a manager saying she wants to quit her job non stop and she doesn't and then threatening people to send them home and all she does is sit on her phone, but anyways fires are bad, sandwiches are good, ice cream machine is always broken, some people always mess up orders, but if they are new it's understandable. Just a terrible place but decent food.
