Review Pizza Hut - Delphi

They were slammed we left and came back it was a sunday rush type day and had stuff we had to do...we came back and had excellent service food was delicious and the waitress was super nice and friendly and brought us our food and stuff very fast... great times

Came in with my mom and her husband at 9:20pm. The first thing the server did was remind us that they close at 10. We asked about the family box. She said it was 27 dollars and came with 2 pizzas and bread sticks plus something else. We ordered it but they didn't have any of the other options so we got a 3rd pizza instead. As we ate about every 5 minutes she would return to our table and remind us they are closing soon and they want to leave at 10 on the dot. They gave us plastic cups and didn't cut our bread sticks. The music was obnoxiously loud. And finally... let's refer back to the beginning when I said she told us the family box was 27 dollars plus our 3 drinks the bill somehow was 50 dollars. Please explain this to me. Very rude to rush us out even though we were there 40 minutes before close.

The price brings us back to Pizza Hut all the time. In our area we have several other choices but mainly only 1 other we would get. However their prices are high. 1 issue I have is they never cut the bread sticks anymore. That makes them a pain since we have to cut them apart at home.

High compliments to our server, Carrie, the team driven staff, and cooks at this establishment! The food was so fresh tasting, cooked to our requests, and the service was amazing to say the least. The atmosphere, music level, cleanliness, and comfortable seats made for a great experience during our visit. Our server was so sharp & friendly and a great job following up on us, even, as she got a large party arrive. What a fun time too, for my Aunt and I to see some relatives in the large party there as well. My Aunt so enjoyed our visit, and so did I, thank you to Pizza Hut . Kudos...!!!! D. BROWN

The food was outstanding. Place was super clean and nice looking. Serenity was a very good waiter as well. Thank you so much for the good pizza and brownies. ❤️

Stop Over Charging people and give them what they Ordered. I ordered the $11.99 Large 1 Topping Stuffed Crust pizza per the Special and they Charged Me $12.99.And I ordered the Last 2 Times a Meat Lovers Pizza with no Ham,Add Extra Pepperoni and Neither time did I get Extra Pepperoni.

The pizza was good but the iced tea was very weak

Ordered our pizza's and pasta and it was ready in under 15 minutes.

Pizza was good. However the waitress who kept asking "Is everything ok" when all we had was our water was kind of silly.... It was kind of a long wait for the pizza(s)... So more understanding of "our wait" would have been better than to ask if we were "ok" with our water. Just sayin.

Don't eat here if you expect to get your order in time to eat it with the rest of your party. Messed up our pizza TWICE and probably would have messed it up again if we could have waited another 30 minutes for them to try again. We were there for an hour and twenty minutes and they couldn't get our order right. So instead of dinner, my daughter got stuck trying to pick stuff off of pizza in the car so she wouldn't go to bed hungry. I mean really, how can you mess up a CHEESE pizza twice?

Well lets see I called the pizza place six or seven times let it ring off the chain nobody ever answered then I drove to the pizza hut in Delphi all the lights were off but it was actually open so then I go inside and the guy tells me he can't hear the phone ringing so I called it from inside and I heard the phone ring and I had to tell him to turn the lights on the bunch of dumb dumbshits working in the Delphi pizza

I'm super unimpressed at the moment-I've been calling to place a carry out order for 20 minutes straight and the phone just rings and rings. I'm using the number here on FB so I know it's the correct number. You just lost my business because my daughter is picking pizza up for someone else and we were going to add to the order but WE CANT EVEN PLACE OUR ORDER!!! Get enough help to answer your flipping phone!!
