Sunday morning 1130....8 staff serving the single drive-through window, 1 staff serving the walk-in counter. The in-charge was rude and disrespectful when I asked why the staff was not balanced between the two services. I was told they were short-staffed...does that mean that the rest of the counter staff called in sick....and the drive through staff can't handle counter etiquette?
It's so sad to see the kind of corporate responsibility that promotes vehicle idling over parking and walking. Shame on you Tim Hortons.

I'm wondering if the coffee was being freshly grounded in Columbia while we waited in the drivetrue line up. , I honestly turned my vehicle off 4 different times because we waited sooo long .

Very friendly staff...its been a bit that we haven't been able to sit inside here , order inside..its sooo nice to look at there delicious donuts..muffins js ..

Beware of getting trapped in the drive-thru... Service can be slow at times. They seem to have quite a lot of staff working at any given time, but it can still take a while. The wraps are good, though, and the staff is friendly, so there's that.
