Good food good service. My d in ner partner and I both got the lasagna.it tasted great,I didn't Think it was too expensive 35 bucks with two beers.if you don't want to spend the money go to McDonalds and get the dollar meal.the service was great Iwill be back
I have been to the Warehouse a few times and never had bad servers and the food has always been good. I beleive the price are in line with other restaurants in the area. For the people that read these reviews take with for what they are worth. Give them a try I bet you will like it. Good Food, Overpriced. This location is definitely not as good as the Marion location. The food is generally good, but the pasta tastes like any pasta I could buy from Kroger or Meijer. For these prices, I expect homemade pastas. Good family owned Italian restaurants do this, and if they don't want to be compared to Olive Garden, they need to separate themselves with higher quality food. The house bread is good, but the house salad is nothing more than a few carrots, crunchy tomatoes, and lettuce. I would hate to see this place go, but they need to step it up.

Awesome!. Our first time at the Delaware, Ohio Warehouse restaurant was a wonderful experience. The service was great, the food was very, very good. There's a decent wine list (for my satisfaction at least). Come early on Saturday evening or be prepared to wait. The placed is jammed, and for good reason! Even if you have to wait, it's worth it. I read some other reviews and I can't believe those who didn't like it were talking about the same restaurant!!! This one is great!

This is the best Italian food in central Ohio, hands down. The Chicken Parmesan is heaven on a plate, their oven fired pizza is phenomenal. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere totally charming. While a bit pricey, their food is well worth it. Appetizers, deserts, entrees, we wish the menu had a few more options, but there's still something there for everyone. One visit to Warehouse and you'll never set foot in any of those "other" Italian chain restaurants again!
p.s. the restrooms are worth a peek - too funny!
Finally, a GOOD Italian restaurant in Delaware. Traditional Italian cooking with reasonably quick service, good portions, good prices, and a quiet setting. I have eaten there about once a month for the last year with family and friends and have been delighted every time. The last full-menu Italian eatery closed up here over ten years ago so we were long overdue for the Warehouse!

Can't Get Better!!!. I have been to The Warehouse 3 times in Delaware and loved it!!! The best part was the service...WOW :) Food is great too. Really like the close family feel. Will go back again soon.
First experience was a good one. All food was good. Tomato soup very good. I ordered chick. Parm. With alfredo. Nice option. I like the batter and the way it was cooked. Need to add prov. Cheese to it though. Service was very good. I'm lookIng forward to trying other dishes. Its hard to a review a restaurant from one visit but you can state your experience. Even with that said I feel some of the bad write ups come from local restaurants.
Mrs. Charlene Zuccaro. My husband and I ate there for the first time on Thursday. The food was very good and the waitress was also very good. My husband had wedding soup and lasagna and I had the Scallop -sphegetti dish and potato soup. All was very good. The bread was great. We will return again soon. Thanks for bringing this great Italian restraurant to the area.
It was mother's day weekend so we had to wait over an hour for a table. I don't know what a typical weekend wait is like. I'm glad we waited the food was wonderful. I especially liked the bread, and they kept bringing more! I had the chicken parmesan and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The portions were plentiful enough for us all to bring home leftovers. I don't live in the area, but if I'm visiting again I'll be back!
Service was great and our wait for a table was only about 15 minutes. Both of which were surprising because we arrived during the peak business hours. The meals were served hot and with flavor that doesn't come from a can.
We enjoy this place so much. I love the timeless atmosphere. Everything’s made fresh and it’s always hot when it comes out. We’ve never had bad service here. We ordered Calamari, Spinach and Salmon salad and of course the kids wanted pizza. Check it out!

Solid food and fantastic service here. I had the shrimp alfredo and it was off the charts great! The bread is always a nice bonus here as well, and it's very affordable for a night out with friends or family!
Over all it was great,the service was just impeccable & lots of leftovers. But I must say it was quite cold for me & my Aunt,with left quicker because of this. The place was packed too. 2 things I would suggest improvement,the meatballs were very gummy & not good at all. The booth seats are very worn, you should really look at replacing.
We go to The Warehouse 2or3 times a month. We have tried several items on the menu. All very good. My current favorite is the Parmesan chicken with risotto. The ravioli Alforno can't be beat. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Excellent food and great quality...they were out of canales though. Will go back for sure!
