As a delivery business that services this area, we've had several orders to pick up here. Our customers love the food here and everyone we've ever heard from rave about it. We decided to try it ourselves recently and it's become our local favorite. We've had the burger and onion rings and fries, and the chicken strip basket. All of it is absolutely delicious. We love Simply Good. Every time we go in there are customers dining in and others picking up food to go. It's a hometown family restaurant that is an absolute must try.
This place is a hidden gem. The food is delicious and homemade. I've had the burger and onion rings and it's absolutely delicious. The food, customer service, staff, and atmosphere are all 5 star! I'd definitely recommend stopping by.
A very unassuming, yet comfortable place, reminiscent of a bygone era. And yes, you can eat in. Sausage, chicken and onions were great, as were the fries and coleslaw. Country fried steak was delicious and the baked beans were sweet and packed with flavor. We’ll be back!
My husband and I eat here at least 4 times a month. The BBQ pork sandwich is this best. The staff are also the best. You feel like family when you are there. It is a very welcoming, and warm atmosphere.

Delicious and Friendly!! We were traveling 10 on the highway and found this gem on Google. BBQ chicken was amazing, potato salad was like my grandma used to make. My husband had the brisket sand and corn nuggets - he said they were both amazing! The local said you must try the Philly cheese sandwich! A must stop!

We ate here what a cool little place. Loved the decor, workers were amazingly nice. The food was good but there was nothing to write home about.
This place is a hidden gem, and has been a favorite place of mine for years. The atmosphere is visually stimulating, and smells amazing. Living up to it's name, this place keeps everything real Simple. The menu is straight to the point, and everything you would expect of a BBQ restaurant with the exception of one thing... mac and cheese. They do have a good amount of side dishes to choose from though, and all of them are delicious.
The beef brisket used to be my favorite, but it's not the same as it used to be. Tougher, and slices are thicker the last few times I've been there. It's still good, just not the same...

Honestly, it's just really good cheap food. It's not perfect, but that's what I love about it. It just is a really good place to eat. Just good food. 👍🏻
Great customer service and the food was spot on. We had the BBQ combo chicken, beef and ribs. The chicken was moist and tasty. The beef was perfectly cooked and the ribs were tender and juicy. The bbq sauce was the bomb. It's homemade and sweet and tangy and not salty like other BBQ place we've been to. The corn nuggets were so good. It's a must try side item.
Good food , great family atmosphere. If you are traveling through, stop by and get some good BBQ. The only reason it was not 5 stars was because of the BBQ sauce. It was just two sweet for me...next time I will get it on the side and it will be 5 stars!
This is one of the best small town BBQ restaurants that you can find.
The beef was tender, perfectly sliced, and juicy. Sauce was tangy (which is what you expect). Baked potato perfect inside .. fluffy, hot, delicious (just the right amount of butter and sour cream). Cole Slaw crunchy and matches well with the meal.
Ice tea was also excellent.
Entire dinner reasonable cost.
All in all friendly service, very clean inside the restaurant, and even with take out driving to the nearest towns the food is warm and ready to enjoy when you arrive.
Pay attention to the hours listed ..

Probably the greatest barbecue I've had in a very long time the beans were great the meat was awesome even the barbecue sauce homemade I love it
Food is excellent BUT the portions are very disappointing for the cost even though i live close don't think I'll be going back 😪
This my friends is the Watson farm and it's over 150 years old and is 315 acre's now and was much larger 50 years ago there will be more pics

Come enjoy some good southern cooking. I had the BBQ pork sandwich with creamy homemade potato salad and lightly breaded sweet onion rings. Great flavors, tender slices of pork with a smokey sweet and sour BBQ sauce. My husband had full rack of ribs which he thoroughly enjoyed and said the sauce was his all time favorite.
