59 South Waukegan is by far the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff was nice and professional. The whole atmosphere was just elegant and so clean!!! It is hard to believe as a fast food restaurant, but it is! Look at my pictures! Very well organized. Service was top notch. Thank
Efficient McDonald’s. Two lines, and we move through rapidly. I chose this McDonald’s on this day because they have huge, beautiful trees that shade some of the parking lot. I could be wrong, but it seem like the fillet of fish is smaller than it used to be.
The food is always the same. Sometimes the fries are not salted enough and occasionally, out of the 20 times I've been here, the fries aren't fresh, which, at today's prices of almost $3 for a large fry, I might ask them to remake it if it came less than fresh.
They are always very nice at the wind
This is a beautifully run and wonderfully managed McDonald's. The staff are kind and considerate, very quick, and keep the place clean. As far as McDonald's go this is a great option to visit. The inside has a small (two tables) play place for the kids and the seating is ample in the main area.
Stopped in for lunch, had a wonderful experience and was treated with lots of respect and kindness. One of the cleanest McDonalds I have ever ate at.

My whole family love this store and we come here often as we live nearby. This morning, my 5-year old son wanted to try the newly renovated playground. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed. I ordered some food and chatted with the manager about when will the lobby open again. The manager told me that

It has a dedicated kids play area.. surprisingly the drink fountain is inside the kitchen so you don't get to fill your own drink..
This McDonald's is the pinnacle of McDonald's service. They are always lightening fast and accurate, and the food is nearly always perfect. This location renovated to prioritize drive-thru, but the inside experience has always been bright and clean, with easy ordering and fast service.
