Must be the best Dunkin Donuts location in the area. For eight months, I ordered iced coffee (they use the perfect mixture) and a cinnamon raisin bagel (toasted w/ shmear) via drive thru every morning before work.

One of the better DD in the area if that means anything. They almost always get my order correct which really isn't to hard, but I guess it is for many other locations. Staff is very friendly and never have to wait very long.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. It’s near my job and I stop in the mornings. They are very polite and treat me with VIP service. One particular employee, I believe him to be a manager goes above and beyond making sure I have my 2 strawberry frosted donuts with no sprinkles. Thanks for great customer serv

The very best in people . The sad thing is how this stores customers throw their garbage all over the drive through. They try to keep up with keeping the area clean, but it's hard when they have to stay clean to keep

Very nice interior after the remodeling, the counter staff try to get you served and taken care of a soon as possible. Needless to say, being on Lake Cook Rd. the drive-thru can get very busy at peak times, even though its not a direct in-and-out to the street. There is not a ton of direct parking
