2 stars for the tomato soup. It was actually delicious. Cream base balances the acidity very well. Everything else...just no. I ordered pot roast, out. Tried to order meatloaf, out. I wanted something not fried or a burger thrown on the grill for a change. So I just ordered the sautéed mushrooms and some green beans and decided to have a few bites of my husband chicken fried steak. The mushrooms were so salty they were inedible, which is laughable because the green beans were frozen and just streamed with no salt or pepper. They tasted like paper. The macaroni and cheese was off-brand Kraft from the box with....again, no salt, no pepper. The chicken fried steak was a prebreaded frozen steak which was not bad after you added salt and pepper. Their "gravy" cream sauce really had no flavor besides flour. Really, just order the soup and grilled cheese special. The soup really is worth it.

We went here in the morning for breakfast and it was terrible. 😝👎😝👎The pancakes were raw we sent them back and told our waitress to plz ask the cook to brown and toast them bit she didn't she just told the cook another order of pancakes. 😠👎👎👎😡👎👎 The second batch she brought they had No taste and were pale again. Our waitress didn't care and said well I guess we're not known for our pancakes and walked away. 👎👎👎👎👎 We tried a Bacon Cheeseburger and fries later for dinner and it was Very delicious. 👍👍👍👍👍 Bun toasted and meat was good but the Fries tasted kinda old.🤔👎👎🤔 The waitress that evening were way nicer and considerate. 🤗👍👍👍🤗

We had breakfast there on 5/13/22. We were seated and the waitress was very accommodating. She brought us waters and coffees and the food came quickly. It was delicious. We had the 7 95 special. She came and filled our coffee many times. Another waitress cane by a d asked if we needed anything also. Great service and great food.

we went on March 19 2022 around 10:30. If i could do a 0 I would. It took our waitress more than 10 minutes to get our drinks. Once we ordered them it took another 10 min or so to even get them. Then my husband ordered the breakfast chicken friend steak and we have not a clue what kind of gravy that was put on his chicken fried steak. The waitress said it was like a chicken cream sauce. It was horrible. The waitress never once came over to check to see how things were tasting until she brought us our ticket. At that point my husband told her it was absolutely disgusting. So then she had to go take it off as we were NOT paying for it. His hash browns were also not very cooked!!! The staff also was just standing around talking not checking on many people. There is no reason it should be like this. Shame on them! Horrible customer service. I will not be going here again.

From the reviews I read, I was expecting the cleanliness to be a lot worse than it actually was. True, the floors weren't emaculate, but they weren't too bad and the men's room was clean. The rest of the restaurant was extremely clean. The food was good, the service was excellent. I haven't tried the tomato soup, yet, but I got some to go. Looking forward to enjoying it later.
