Tgi Fridays

The food looked like someone threw it up smh! The steak was beyond dry and the portion size of the steak was for a child! Broccoli looked horrible and tasted horrible! The shrimp was beyond burnt and super small sized!! Will never order from there again!! How does the cook take pride in cooking when the food looks horrible!! The only thing that looked decent was the appetizers, salad and my sons burger! What a waste of almost $80!! They also forgot my sons drink!! BIGGEST WASTE OF $ and so DISAPPOINTED!

I do not recommend delivery. I ordered food for delivery and then called the restaurant directly. I spoke to someone there and asked if he could pack a couple extra plates or to go containers because I was in a hotel and didn't have any plates for sharing. He understood and said he added it to the order. I also asked if they had A1 sauce because there wasn't an option for that when I ordered online. He said he would pack a little container of that as well. Cool. When the food came it was packed tightly. They put the salad container in sideways 2 of 3 of the containers were never closed all the way. There was dressing all over the bag and containers, salad was out of the container. There also was no steak sauce or plates or extra to go containers. It was a mess. Clearly there was no care in packing the order... disappointing that I paid for this.

It was terrible. Waited a long time for someone to even come over and greet/seat us. The server came over and said "you know what you want?" No hi or what would you like to drink. No type of service at all. Food looked like it had been sitting on the line for a while and they gave me the smallest piece of chicken with what looked like a slice of American cheese for the sizzling chicken and shrimp. Then someone in a near by table got some type of food sickness or allergy. They threw up by their table and EMS was call. I stopped going there years ago and now I remember why.

The server was pleasant and she was able to mingle with me and my sons. One turned 32. My Apple martini was horrible couldn't taste Apple nothing my sons said I should asked her to remove it entirely. I don't like the food there at Friday's in general but I did the safe thing and ordered fries you can't mess up fries. Overall my sons all had a great time. I did get my bombay sapphire gin ask her to top off with blue curacco for blue look thar was great. My sons they enjoyed there drinks and food. I myself go to get drinks because my horror story with the Brigham branch when it open years ago gave me food poison. I have tried years later the south bay location food was horrible and cold and I had a bug back stroking in my cognac so. When I go with people I only order a drink or 2. The design inside was nice. The customer service from shakira was superb. The birthday boy had fun.
