Cicis Pizza

Service was ok... the pizza selection was slow being replenished. The quality of the pizza has went down. Really wanted the cinnamon rolls but didn't get any before I left cause they never made any. We had to ask for them to make them. Someone spilled some drink on the floor. Nobody mopped it up after being told so the floor was slippery. I won't say it was bad but it could have been better. Way better.

The restaurant was very clean and the workers very friendly. We enjoyed talking with them. The pizza buffet was stocked with several different types of pizza but to me they all taste about the same. Not a lot of flavor. That is the only reason why we don't eat there more often. NO FLAVOR! With that being said, our overall visit was very good. The workers made our visit very good!

Honestly the food wasn’t bad, I love the pizza. But I cannot enjoy eating there because of the smell. It literally smells like a gas station bathroom the past 3 times I have gone in there and the drink machine is disgusting, probably molded on the inside. If you take our reviews seriously, I would strongly consider a deep cleaning and maybe ordering new furniture. It’s also muggy in there which makes me feel gross, it’s really unfortunate that this is the only cicis in the area. Very disappointing.

If your looking for an all you can eat pizza buffet with cheap rates ,yes this is a plus. Looking for friendly workers I give them 5 stars. However, the food "yuk" the pizza is like cardboard,, it's hard not much taste, the store stinks & needs some airfreshner , the lettuce for the salad is in big pieces. The cokes are too weak, not much of a taste.The cinnamon rolls are hard, and today's visit the Alfredo sauce was like water, had no taste at all resembling Alfredo & the pasta was dry!!! I love pizza & pasta and use to enjoy eating here. Not so much anymore.

I told this restaurant a month ago about a field trip of 70 high schoolers coming today. I called back to remind them after driving there (an hour each way) to see it myself. Today, the manager called me during our field trip to confirm, and I called back twice when I was able, but her voicemail is not set up, so I couldn't leave a message. When we arrived, she shrugged and said I never called her back so they didn't have pizza ready for us. They started making pizza as fast as they could (that's why I gave 2 stars and not 1), but there also was no ice, and none of the toilets would flush. I asked for more plates when they ran out and was met with attitude, just like the lady I heard ask about the ice... They made over $600 in 30 minutes, so you'd think they would be prepared, have a voicemail or answer the phone, and at the very least have a positive attitude and good customer service. We won't ever go back.

Food was fresh, but the bbq pizza now has something drizzled on top(balsamic vinegar?) It was gross! I asked to have one made and was refused. The guy at register was rude. Had to wait for dessert to be made and put out. Never seen manager. Dr pepper and Hi-c was out. Very nasty next to restrooms. Trash stacked in hall next to rest rooms. On a positive note, the lady working the dining are was very friendly and prompt.

The cashier at the front had a tongue piercing. Wonder how she made it through the interview. When I got in the buffet was picked clean and the staff were arguing about nonsense while the oven sat empty. I had two old, dry pieces of pepperoni pizza before leaving. Despite smelling like the inside of a janitors closet the floor was covered in food and bits of paper. The entire restaurant smells like they’re trying to mask the smell of vomit, and doing a bad job of it. Good thing, it’s cheap, because it isn’t passable, even on fast-food terms.
