on my way to work. mashed potatoes and cole slaw was supposed to be family size. half the chicken in the bag is so old it is completely dried out. the biscuits are hard as a rock. i get off late, so nothing is open at 3 am. make it make sense.

Ridiculously small pieces of chicken especially considering the price. No extra pieces to account for the size or anything!I was told that this is what they are sent, and all of the pieces are small. I spent $30+tax for 10 pieces of fun-size chicken, 3 large sides, and a beverage bucket. Hopefully, we can fill up on the sides.

My bad. I should have read the comments about our local KFC in Decatur. Like many reviewers said, small pieces, dry, overcooked, and the sides we ordered for the 16 piece bucket were incorrect. By far the best KFC experience I've had in a while. The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The guy at the window was just as nice. And to top it off my meal was very tasty and correct when I got home.

Been a while since I've been to KFC. It would seem that some things have had a big change. Sides are smaller. I had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on the mashed potatoes, not even enough for the small amount of potatoes. Chicken fingers not crispy. And the biscuits aren't much bigger than a silver dollar.
The restrooms was disgusting. And the toilet set broken. My 5 yr old refused to use it. Said he'd wait. Won't return here.

Ordered pop corn chicken they gave me a box full of hard crumbs. I showed them what I was giving they asked for them back and said they would remake the order for me to pull down!!! I waited over 25 mins still no popcorn chicken! This location is sorry and just need to close down!!! They never even cooked my pop corn chicken!! Why are y’all even at work??? This location is ghetto!
