Burnt pizza, brownie cut wrong, 50+ minute wait and the pizza wasn't event cut I had to use the pizza cutter when I got home... Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Also this was the second bad experience in a row here.

Ordered a pizza online selecting for a closer location, for some reason it was changed to this location. Regardless, I ordered the pizza with split topping (some on one side, some on the other), and they ended up putting the toppings all over. Disappointing experience.

Both pizzas and the breadsticks were still fresh and warm by the time I got home. My order was correct on both pizzas as well. The young lady working was very friendly and made sure everything was just as I ordered.

When I order a large Supreme pizza with extra cheese and have it delivered, I expect to get a large Supreme with extra cheese. I ordered online and paid over $30 including taxes, delivery fee, and a 20% tip. When I opened the pizza, it only had mushrooms, very little onions, no meat that i could even see or taste,, and very little sauce and cheese. I have ordered and picked up Pizza Hut pizzas near my home many times and never had one like this one.

My order had two orders of breadsticks but the sauce was forgotten. The delivery person did bring it later, but by that time my meal was ice cold. No discount was offered.

I had some last minute changes, and they graciously accommodated me without complaint. Their new manager is really changing the store for the better.
