Their garlic butter burger is amazing, but we spent 35 minutes in drive thru and they forgot a frank.

Cheap plastic spoons and forks that made eating very difficult. I don't think they can continue like this very long. Better off getting carry out and taking home.

A minor thing, but I don't like the new Milkshake straws, they're paper & get soggy & the hole is to big, my kids didn't even like them...

Great experience, with all of the issues trying to get employees to work Steak and Shake was innovative and has new ordering kiosk. It was quicker service and better service the order was correct. There is also no tipping now as well. Keep up the good work and to the others be patient or apply to be a server.

Seated immediately and waitress was very nice and accommodating. Drink order taken immediately and food was out very quick.

This is the worst Steak n shake I've ever been to. They consistently mess up my order one way or another. This is my last straw though. Who burns a bun, realizes it and still makes a sandwich with it?
