Not only did we have to go in because they told us over the intercom that the drive thru was down, I asked for the chicken chipotle melt and got this miniature chicken and cheese only NO chipotle sauce that was warmed up too long so the cheese was hard.

Great service and personalities. My major issue was the unavailability of the Mexican Pizza...that sucked! To make matters more concerning was that my Taco Supreme had hair in the wrapper...that sucked all the more. I tried calling to report my concern and the fax machine answered...that my friend is a deal breaker. Normally I take pictures of everything (hence 25million views of my reviews and photos)nevertheless I was driving. What will Taco Bell do to rectify my issue and restore my faith in the quality of my purchases?

I love Taco's from here, fresh, crunchy and delicious. Sad about no more Mexican Pizzas but still was able to enjoy. The staff was helpful once they realized that I was shocked that I didn't get to get what I had the taste for but Tacos hit the spot.

Drive through was 30+ minutes total with only two cars ahead of me and a simple order. They didn't even have iced tea. I couldn't back out of drive though once I was in otherwise I would have left after 10 minutes

This Taco Bell is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Slowest service I've ever experienced, always out of ingredients, drive thru is down often. Mainly, always an excuse to avoid excellent service. Fire everyone and start over. Caring is not that difficult, clearly management doesn't.

honestly i never had a pleasant experience here. im only doing a review this time bccuz the food and. the service was bad. already waited in line for like 30 minutes just to place the order with only two cars ahead of me. still had to wait for the order once i got to the window. the woman had a horrible attitude she must have been ready to go or something. it's a shame i had so much patience after all the waiting and get attitude and my soft taco had more oil than meat in it was super soggy smh have to do better at some point. 0 thumbs up 0 stars honestly

Decent experience. I didn't feel skimped out on the meat and cheese in my chalupa or overloaded with lettuce. This visit was good. My first visit to this location was bad. But I guess they redeemed themselves.

Worse experience I've ever had at a Taco bell. Took over an hour to get through the drive-thru and to top it off they had the order wrong at the pickup window. Had to wait other 15 minutes for them to make the food correctly. Won't be back.
