We had our wedding at Wahoo and to say that it was JUST amazing is an understatement. It was absolutely everything and more. The set up and energy of the place was beautiful! We are so so happy that we decided to do it there. Pam's team is also wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we pictured it to be. We will definitely be using Wahoo for our future events 💜.

After an absence of way-too-long we moved back to ATL and dined here, one of our favorites, hoping it hadn’t changed. No worries. It’s still wonderful. We dined on the garden patio - safe, distanced, and heated. I had a half farm salad which was superb with tasty vinaigrette, and the mountain trout with green beans. The trout was flaky and done just right. It was so fresh I’m sure it was caught straight from a Blue Ridge stream, perhaps by a bear. My wife had the crab bisque, which she raved about, and the shrimp & grits. Our meal was grand, as we remembered Wahoo from years ago. We were seated on time and service was attentive.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Wahoo. They went above and beyond and it was absolutely perfect. The service, food and drinks are phenomenal. All of our guests are still talking about it. Wahoo was already one of our favorite places to eat and now it’s even more special.

AIWN Happy Hour this month at Wahoo Grill. On Taco Tuesday!!! $4 tacos!!! We feasted on Truffle French Fries, pimento cheese fritters, calamari, then an assortment of chicken, short rib, grouper and veggie tacos, and a couple of salads. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. We had our own kind of separate section by the bar. Perfect for chatting and networking.

Everything I ordered was fresh, the service was so nice and helpful with the menu etc, the ambience was relaxed and elegant for a date night..Its a joy to have such a gem in the neighborhood...Most definitely will be returning, next time I will be dining in. The lobster Bisque was amazing!

Update: the last two times we sat on the patio and it's freezing - all guests are wearing their overcoats to endure. Also please emphasize that the tuna is served cold - I keep ordering it by mistake because I think it's something different than cold slices of stringy raw fish...

We attended a 50th Birthday Party and really enjoyed the food we tried. We has smaller portions of specific dishes and they were all excellent. The place is very inviting and the decor and plants all around the restaurant are well thought out. If the patio area was your backyard you would never leave it.
We will return for a full meal in the near future. The menu looks delicious.

What a wonderful and cozy spot. The staff was fantastic and the food was over the top. Rich full flavors, great portions and the most tender octopus I have ever had. The desert was very well done, simple and yummy. The prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend this as a date night spot.

One of my favorite places that is amazing each visit. The servers are so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is always superb and the atmosphere it what really ties everything together. The garden and patio area is so romantic and just a great vibe during good weather. The owner is super sweet and alcohol selection is great. I can’t say enough good things about Wahoo!

I was very excited to arrive with my party of 5 to celebrate Easter brunch. What an amazing atmosphere. I was immediately surprised to meet two bartenders who would not smile at you to save their lives. The greeter staff was awesome! But then to get to our table for the buffet to find out that they are now breaking it down an hour before it's over which immediately made us feel rushed. The lines became triple the size only now dealing with one side of the Buffet open the other side closed. I did expect more brunch items as well maybe eggs benedict other egg items but there was only scrambled eggs and for a place of its type I was extremely surprised that there were virtually NO vegetables. Only a small bowl of salad and broccoli in a heavy cream sauce. I came here because I saw rave reviews I just don't know what to think at this point maybe I'll try for dinner, but brunch is not a go.

I've eaten here many times. This is the first time I did not care for my selection. The monk fish was overcooked. The pear salad was delicious. Ambience is always wonderful. Desert selection minimal. Not sure I'll be back. Too many excellent restaurants to choose from.

These guys and gals totally hit it out of the park.Sunday Brunch, Dinner every night, wine tastings monthly. We can't get enough of the place. The management and the staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Ever since we married at Wahoo 4 years ago, continue to eat at Wahoo every week. Everything from appetizers to dessert is CONSISTENTLY excellent. We are foodies and eat other places in Decatur but noone gets our repeat business like Wahoo. Pam, the owner, was hosting same sex marriages wayyyyy before it was cool and helps us hosts an excellent party every time we host an event. The transition to a new chef this past year has built on an already great neighborhood restaurant.
