In my experience and from what I have heard the phone is constantly off the hook so no carry out orders can be placed, anytime I come in I ALWAYS speak first in which I rarely get a response, and you can bet the store is always going to close 15

This location is the worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here several times and each time the food is made wrong in comparison to others I’ve been to. The smoothies are cool but the food is horrible. It’s managed by a bunch of teenagers that do not know how to make the food properly

I ordered a peanut paradise smoothie with whey protein and dark chocolate TWICE from this location. Both times I received a smoothie with no peanut butter. The first time I brushed it off as an honest mistake. But twice?!? It’s not always about speed! The focus should be accuracy

This tropical smoothie on schaefer rd is the worst one ive ever been to, i usually go to the one on michigan but this one is closer to me now in the mornings, every time i order my drinks theyre made wrong and taste funny, the attitude these workers have are the worst, im one guy coming in by myself

Everytime I get a drink it’s to watery and dripping. This place has changed a lot over the years. Even when I walk in and it’s empty the employees don’t bother to come up to me right away. Just stand there looking at me weird

They never answer the phone at this location. I ordered 3 smoothies through the app and only received 2. Can’t even get in touch with anyone to get my money back… and this is not the first time this has happened at this location, smh.
