This Arby's is usually the best one around for food, tonight was exceptionally nice though. Nikolai served us at the window, and a lady was on the speaker, both having great customer service and engagement with the customers. Very pleased with them tonight, especially when someone is having a rough day and a stranger at a fast food joint can make you smile. Thanks for being a Star !

If you ever go through drive thru I hope you experience Nicholi (Nick)! He will definitely put a smile upon your face and have you add on extra items you didn’t even intend on getting!!! I went through drive thru and the experience from him and Mikaylah were phenomenal. I wish it was a way to give them a reward for outstanding customer service!! I guess running out of root beer means giving us diet coke. Marking it as diet coke doesn't make it any better.. just inform the customer you're out, and offer a different drink.
